Lake Winnisquam NH. Lovely, Private Waterfront Home, 3 BR's, 2 bath, Jacuzzi.

Beautiful location, 100 ft frontage Lake Winnisquam NH. Private location. Large yard. Great lake/Mountain views. 28' dock with sitting area. One side of dock will be available for tenant's boat. Sandy area on side of house with sand toys for children. Enjoy hot tub and 2-two person 'Old Town Kayaks'. (Paddle down to town beach or beyond to explore the natural habitat in Black Brook.) Fire pit for evening fires and marshmallow roasts. Outside gas Barbecue grill is provided. Wrap-around deck with nice outdoor 6 person dining table. 3.5 miles from supermarket, mall, pizza and restaurants. 2 miles from country store, ice cream, mini-golf and boat rentals. House is 2 stories with an enclosed porch with large windows looking out on lake. The living room with new flatscreen TV is open to new and large fully equipped kitchen. Both bathrooms are upgraded, one with full tub and the other (upstairs) with shower stall. The 3 bedrooms (upstairs) have 1 queen bed, 1 double bed, and 2 double beds,(2nd bed is bunk bed, single over double) Washer/Dryer available for use. This is our vacation home and you will find it very clean and comfortable. Tenants must provide their own towels and sheets. Note: when viewing map location of house the house Icon is inaccurate-use satellite tab and zoom in to house with white fence on left side of property-house is right on water. WIFI is provided and included in price. TV is provided via streaming service from HULU with both live TV and movies.

Fantastic Location

We had a wonderful two weeks and it was hard to leave the lake behind. The view from the deck is amazing. We hope to rent this house again in the future.

Quaint and Comfy!

Great house! Well-equipped on a perfect part of the lake. The dock is very usable and new. If you have a boat or Jet Ski, this is the right spot for you! Bedrooms were big enough and having 2 bathrooms was very convenient. And the hot tub was wonderful all around. Thanks to Allen for all the hospitality!

Wonderful getaway spot!

We came here with our two grandsons and had a wonderful week. The house was spacious and what was especially perfect was its location. Alan and Bridget have set it up so that the cottage has a lovely dock with two kayaks to use, a hot tub to sit in and watch the ducks floating by, the campfire area to roast marshmallows and hot dogs, and plenty of cozy seating areas to sit and enjoy the view. Allen greeted us when we arrived and graciously answered all our questions. We will definitely be back!

Welcoming, comfortable, and cozy... We loved it.

It was just what we had in mind when we singed on. Peaceful with a beautiful view all day everyday. The kids really enjoyed the swimming area, the shallow water was perfect. The kayaks that were provided really gave us a workout and the lake was easy to kayak in. Fishing from the dock was awesome. We found the property, in the house and out, to be welcoming, comfortable, and cozy. Everything we needed was available, functional, and stores were close buy if needed. The owners were very helpful... Thank you for a wonderful vacation... Wish we could have stayed two weeks...

Great property

We have rented this property a couple of times and love the location. Hot tub and fire pit are a plus. Only suggestion would be to consider changing so the full beds to queen size

Wonderful property!!! We all loved it and had an amazing week.

Well our only complaint would be the weather. Beautiful all summer then 60’s our first two days at the lake. We didn’t let it get us down though and the outdoor jacuzzi made it all better. Our third year renting on Winnisquam and we are hopeful we can coordinate a week that works where we can rent from the Mossiens again. We just loved this lake property.
