Dehors, il y a une terrasse avec de nouveaux meubles de patio, barbecue à gaz et projeté dans le belvédère. Il y a aussi une douche extérieure et un parking à l'arrière pour 4 voitures. La maison est située à moins d'un mile de Cooks Brook Beach, qui offre de magnifiques couchers de soleil. Cette maison spacieuse est bonne pour plusieurs familles en vacances ensemble.

Great and family friendly house

The house was as described, very clean and recently renovated with all new appliances and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our family vacation with 8 people in total very much.

Amazing stay!

We had an incredible stay at Ricardo’s Vrbo property in Eastham! The house was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained, with a fantastic outdoor space that truly felt like an extension of the living area—perfect for relaxing and enjoying quality time together. The location is ideal, just a short distance from stunning beaches like Coast Guard and Nauset Light, and there are wonderful hiking trails nearby, such as Fort Hill, for exploring Cape Cod’s natural beauty. Ricardo was a gracious host, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking to enjoy the best of Eastham!

Fantastic house, easy walking distance to the beach!

We had a great time at this property. There were enough bedrooms and beds to fit everyone comfortably, and the open kitchen/living room area was great for getting the group ready to get out the door. Outdoor shower was also a huge hit! Not only is there a great little beach just a quick 15 min walk away, it was also very quick to hop onto rt 6 to head to Wellfleet.

Wonderful Cottage Stay

Our family loved the cottage! It is well furnished and all the space is inviting. Kitchen was perfect for us and we loved the porch and outdoor area. The grill and range of patio furniture were a nice bonus. There are many good beaches nearby and it is close to a number of restaurants and shops. The wooded lot offers nice privacy and still room to toss a ball. The access from the parking area at the back makes for an easy walk in. We look forward to coming back to the Cape soon.

Excellent property for extended family

Our 3 generations family had a great stay in this clean, comfortable, spacious property located close to all our favorite Eastham spots! The swingset with big slide was a surprise as was the outdoor shower. I have high standards for cleanliness and I was not disappointed! The owner was very responsive when we had a minor issue with the coffee maker. His son brought a replacement quickly. Both the owner, Ricardo and his son, Chris were very pleasant to interact with. We hope to return.

Amazing

We loved how close it was to the beach and the great big backyard for the kids. We loved how there was extra rooms and beds. The window and the wall mounted air conditioners worked great. Had great internet and WiFi. All of the televisions had Netflix and live tv which was great for the kids and adults. My only complaint is that some of the beds were on wheels and rolled around when you got on them. They also were not comfortable and had no head boards which made the pillows fall off the bed in the middle of the night. Over all a great property to stay and would stay there again.

Practically Perfect

House is better than described, well furnished & equipped with all the basics (hair dryer, soaps, cleaning, diswashing & laundry supplies, toilet psper, kitchen wraps & towels) Linen service is easy & ample and there are extra blankets. Furniture is in good shape & mostly comfortable. Both queen beds on 1st floor had mattresses on coiled springs (no box spring basel) which was quite uncomfortable so we spent a couple of nights in the living room. The yard is great, lots of nice patio furniture, new grill, great big playscape. Be aware there is a basement apartment which the owner or his son may occupy with or without notice. Not a problem, i just wish we knew in advance. Owner is very responsive & courteous.

Excellent beach house

The house is a short drive to National Seashore beaches and walk to bay (1/2-1 mile) so great for beach vacation. It is a very comfortable house with plenty of room for 6 people. Sheets and towels are basic so if fussy you might want to bring your own.

Clean and accommodating hosts

Great stay! The only complaint I have was with the laundry service that never picked up the bags of laundry for the entire week. I notified the owner and he reached out to them. Not a big deal, more annoying.

Beautiful home

My husband, myself and our 6 children ranging from ages 11-21 had a wonderful week. The house was so clean and the space was great. Spacious bedroom and everything we needed m for our week stay on The Cape.

This house was beautiful! Nicely decorated and very clean! The location was great for our family! The playscape and yard gave us ample room to hang out and play outdoor games. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get away!

Property had all the amenities one would want for a vacation home on the cape. The only negatives were noisy neighbors (especially at night) and the fact that you had to cross route 6 to get to the bike path and ocean beaches.

Great place for the weekend!

My friends and I had such a lovely stay here for the weekend! Ricardo was extremely easy to get ahold of and very understanding with any questions. The house was clean and perfect for a group of 8 adults! We were all very comfortable. It is a great location close to the beach, Wellfleet and all the attractions the cape has to offer!

Wonderful Cape vacation

Our experience at this house was wonderful. When hurricane Henri put a damper on our plans Ricardo and Lynn were amazingly helpful and generous. They helped us navigate VRBO and get a refund for our missed time. You couldn’t ask for nicer people. The house itself is perfect for adults with young kids. We ate all our meals outside while the kids enjoyed the swing set. We had a great few days and would love to do it again and for longer next time.

Weekend stay in Eastham

We enjoyed our stay, but we were confused about the man who showed up mentioning something about a pipe in the basement. It was unclear who this person was, and unfortunately it made all the guests uncomfortable that there was someone seemingly staying in the basement for hours on end. We would have appreciated some clarity or communication that there would be someone else in the house and what exactly they were doing. Other than that, the house was just fine for our short stay.

Great place and location!

The property was very clean and well-equipped. The kids loved playing on the swing set, and we really enjoyed the patio for dinners. The owners were very responsive to questions. Location is very convenient for accessing outdoor activities - many beaches and trails less than 10 minutes away by car, and Cooks Brook is a 15 minute walk from the house.

perfect beach getaway

The owner was incredibly helpful. House was beautiful and a 10-15 walk to the beach with two little kids in tow. The house was a short drive to everything and we wouldn't hesitate to go back.
