* Rental Agreement required. Review and accept. A Guest Information form will be sent to list the members in your party

* Linens and Beach Towels Provided

* Spectacular Balcony Views, Heated Complex Pool and Hot Tub, Large Pool Deck, 300 feet of White Sugar Sand Beach, Central Air and Heating, Outdoor Gas Grills

* SORRY – NO SMOKING and NO PETS

* All you need is a toothbrush and swimming suit

* INITIAL CONDO SUPPLIES
o 1 Roll of Paper Towels
o 2 Bottles of Dishwashing Soap
o 4 Garbage Bags
o 1 Roll Toilet Paper (Each Bathroom)
o 1 Bar of Soap (Each Bathroom)
o You will need to purchase additional supplies as needed. Only purchase laundry and dishwasher detergents with the brands we have initially supplied. “HE” laundry detergent is MANDATROY.

* Compliance and acceptance of our rental policy is mandatory. You will be sent Page 1 of our Rental Agreement for completion. Look for "Beach Cottage 2304" in the subject line. Be sure to check your spam folder.

* NOTE OUR ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY PER OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT ARE FIRM.

PARKING FOR RENTAL: Parking passes are mandatory. One (1) undercover parking space is allowed in the parking garage. There is visitor parking in the front of the building as space is available. MOTOR HOMES or CAMPERS are not allowed on the Property for more than 24 Hours. Permanent Parking Available Offsite. A fee for this space may be applicable. MOTORCYCLES are allowed onsite and are to be parked in the visitor parking area.

Great location, great beach and pool area. Indian Shores isn’t quite as busy as other locations along the Gulf of America, so this is a perfect place to relax and take it easy. This condo was clean and well-stocked with everything you would need. Would definitely return.

Wonderful!

We absolutely loved this location. The pool was big enough and the perfect temperature. We loved how close the beach was to the condo. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. Between the beach and the pool, Our grandkids had a ball! The Bird Sanctuary next door was a nice surprise. We will come back to this one.
