Cottage is Literally ON the Beach! Private Garage Parking & Private Side Yard

Quaint cottage, literally ON the beach. Open the front door and step into the sand of Ocean Beach. The beach is HUGE and open in front of you.

The cottage has been freshly painted and decorated. It's the perfect place for a great time away. A QUEEN size bed in the bedroom and a TWO fold down FULL size sofa beds in the living room provide sleeping for 4 adults comfortably if there is one adult per sofa bed. You might be able to sleep a couple kids on each sofa bed, increasing the capacity to 6 in theory. There is also a twin size air bed in the closet for your use.

There is a window mounted air conditioning unit in the bedroom and a portable space heater just in case our (rare) 50 degree nights are too chilly for you.

A full size fridge and gas range will come in handy for any cooking or cooling you want to do. The kitchen has a microwave & a coffee maker as well. Outside the kitchen door is a nice size side yard accessible only to your unit in which you can BBQ or just relax without being in the public mix out on the sand.

The private garage is for your use alone and is the primary entrance to the property. There is a key code on the door and simply walk through the garage and through the side yard to enter through the side kitchen door OR you can go through the sand along the front of the cottage to enter through the front door.

There is a washer & dryer in the garage for your use. In the garage you will also find beach chairs, a small cooler & a beach umbrella which you can use during your stay.

In addition to the full sized shower in the bathroom, there is an outdoor shower in the side yard in case you want to take a quick rinse off before you head back inside.
