Vous cherchez l'évasion parfaite? Ne cherchez pas plus loin, ce chalet confortable peut accueillir confortablement 6 personnes sur plus de 3 hectares et offre une vue imprenable sur le lac Canyon! Plus de 400 pieds de front de mer! Passez vos après-midi sur le spacieux porche couvert et laissez vos soucis flotter. Faites une promenade facile jusqu'à l'eau pour un plongeon. Vous pouvez également attacher un bateau ou des tubes aux arbres au bord de l'eau. Ce chalet est idéal pour les réunions de famille ou tout groupe cherchant à passer un merveilleux moment sur les rives pittoresques. Il y a aussi une maison de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains à côté du chalet qui peut ou non être louée pendant votre séjour. Il peut accueillir de 10 à 12 personnes. Louez le chalet seul ou louez les deux pour dormir 16-20 personnes.

Le rez-de-chaussée a le salon avec des sièges confortables, 2 tables à manger et une charmante cuisine. Il y a une salle de bain dans le salon avec une douche. A l'étage, un espace de style loft avec 3 lits queen size.

Ce chalet est parfait pour les groupes qui veulent s'éloigner de la foule tapageuse car il est dans un quartier résidentiel. Vous pouvez vous détendre au bord du lac tout en étant à proximité de grandes excursions en tube et d'autres attractions de la région! Ce chalet peut accueillir 6-8 personnes. Il y a des lits pour 6 personnes. Cependant, vous êtes invités à apporter un matelas pneumatique pour 2 personnes supplémentaires max. Les clients doivent être âgés de 25 ans ou plus pour effectuer une réservation et doivent séjourner dans l'établissement. Les animaux de compagnie ne sont pas autorises. Ce chalet a une occupation maximale de 8 personnes. Cette occupation maximale ne doit être dépassée à aucun moment. Aucun invité pendant la journée n'est autorisé.

Ce chalet est à 10 minutes en voiture de la rivière Guadalupe à Sattler et à 15-20 de Historic Gruene, du célèbre restaurant Gristmill et du parc aquatique Schlitterbahn. The view was nice. The cottage was very musty and had loud window units. Beds were uncomfortable. Poor quality cook wear and dishes. No dishwasher and tons of tedious rules. Will not be going back, definitely not worth the price. We ended up leaving early I could not spend one more night there.

It was a sight but...

There was a couple things that could have been better. The 2nd floor was mostly humid at night, my toddler sweat so much those 2 nights. Pots and pans were worn out and scratched, if i had know i would have brought our own kitchen utensils. The beds were quite uncomfortable our backs were hurting. At the end we were to come home.

The only changes I would make to the cabin are, add a topper on the mattresses and replace the couch. The mattresses are very firm and the one couch I think it was broken. These issues would not prevent us from returning. The cabin had everything thing we needed with direct access to the water.

Yearly family road trip

When we got to the property there was no trouble finding the place or gaining access all communications with the host were clear. The good was that the outside was beautiful we had nobody in the house next door, we had the whole property and what seemed like the whole lake to ourselves. The bad was that the T.V. was hard to hear over the A/C unit, there was cans and trash all in the fire pit, and there should have been more seating down by the lake. Some outdoor furniture something besides a hard picnic table. There was no propane in the electric grill so we could not cook outside which was a bummer. I feel like for the price we're paying to stay they could make sure the grill is ready to go. The lake view and the privacy saves this place. there's alot of room for improvement but we had a great time and I would go again.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hello - we had high hopes for this place!!...., right on the water, all of the amenities. But: There are two air conditioners that appear to have been broken for some time. 1 doesnt work at all, and 1 takes a screwdriver to operate. The property manager should drop a couple hundred bucks to fix these items or install some new split units, rather than make signs telling the guests that the items don't work. Luckily it wasn't too hot outside for our visit. The furniture is dated and the linens need updating. The shower is one step above the floor, which is a little tricky if you wear glasses as the tile step can be slippery.

Would not stay again

The Good 1. Location The Bad 1. Mattresses were extremely uncomfortable 2. The cabin has an insect problem. While cooking, ants came between the wall and countertops. Wife almost stepped on an 8 inch centipede in the dining room 3. Cheap toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Definitely bring your own 4. We didn’t wear our shoes in the cabin but our feet were black walking around. Hadn’t been mopped in awhile 5. No dresser to put our clothes so we had to live out of our suitcases 6. The cabin has an insect problem. While cooking, ants came between the wall and countertops. Wife almost stepped on an 8 inch centipede in the dining room. 7. Refrigerator door wouldn’t stay closed 8. BBQ pit didn’t work 9. Short in ceiling fan in kitchen. Shocked the hell out of me when I pulled the cord. There are better options for the money. It’s a small lake and no matter where you stay, it’s a short drive to great beach spots. Location wasn’t worth the negatives.

This home is on a quarterly pest control service, unfortunately due to the location, there will be a few more pests than expected, if you had let us know during your stay, we would have been more than happy to send pest control out. Good place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is amazing. Very nice view and just a short walk from the lake where you can swim in clear water. The cottage has all the basics plus a very cool arcade machine. Wifi was pretty good during our stay as well. The cottage inside is not fancy but still quite cozy. The only thing that kind of put me off is that once we booked, another rental company, not Vrbo, sent us an agreement to sign and asked for a copy of driver's license and credit card. I personally feel safer dealing through the platform I used to book a rental instead of dealing with a separate rental agency or I would at least prefer to know about this before booking. Overall, I would recommend this rental.

Great place bto stay

Location is gorgeous. Direct access to the water. The overall state of the cottage is satisfying. Bathroom is clean and in great condition. The rest of the cottage is a bit tired. The only thing that I didn't like is the AC system. It is really need to be replaced. It is old and very noisy. Especially the one in the bedroom, so you have two options, one is too sleep in a heat, other one is to sleep like near a working tractor.

Cottage on the lake😁

Me and my new husband really love the little cottage , it's was perfect, and it was our honeymoon. Very private, and right on the lake , with a gorgeous view! The check in was very simple. Only thing we had an issue with was...the instructions to clean up before leaving...When we paid a 60.00 cleaning fee?? Even wanted us to wash the dishes.. Other than that, everything was great! Lots of deer in yard at night, we even had a fox in the yard one morning...

Perfect getaway

Beautiful grounds and cute cottage. Perfect for a couple getaway. We rented paddle boards from Paddle Canyon Lake and they delivered right to the cottage! I highly recommend!

Great place to Get Away!

In short, this place is perfect for a short getaway and the location on the lake is fantastic! The walk down (or up) to the lake from the house is steep. WEAR WATER SHOES! It will save your feet from all the rocks and the sticker burrs all over the place. Otherwise the place is basic. There are hotel-size soaps, but otherwise you really do have to provide just about everything for yourself. The main house next door is nice, and we had great neighbors but I could see how clashing personalities/vacation plans could interrupt the ambiance or make things difficult. The TV is more complicated than calculus, and the wifi is good (but it's extended from the main house, so the bandwidth gets interrupted regularly), the oven is crazy small but works fine. We got this place as a change of scenery during Covid, so a lot was closed. I'm not sure what all there is to do other than tubing the rivers, which are not far down the road. We did rent jetskis from the marina down the road and it was so fun. There's a natural grotto on the lake where you can jump into the lake which is also great, but only accessible by boat.

The house and property were perfect for us. We had a great stay. Communication with the owners was great and they were very accommodating to us.
