Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Trotters Lane 6 is a nice vacation home for families with young children. It is close to beaches and other attractions and has a nice backyard on a quiet street. It is roomy and comfortable, with all of the amenities. I should also note that it is a pleasure to rent through the Martha Murray agency.

Perfect family home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our week stay on Trotters Lane, it was close to South Village Beach and many other places we enjoy visiting in the Dennisport area. We loved the quiet neighborhood and walks around the 1/4 m. historic horse track. The only thing we'd change is the upstairs bedroom having an opening to the living room made it not so quiet and private, but we made the best of it. The home is well cared for and has a great location.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cottage was spacious and plenty of room for all of us. Seven adults and two children.The only issue we had was the drain form the dishwasher was moldy and you could smell it in the kitchen. Seeing one of the adults was allergic to mold they had to avoid the area as much as possible. You could see the mold in the plastic drain pipe underneath the sink. Once this gets fixed, I'm sure it will be fine.
