Beautiful spacious home in heart of Boulder

Fully remodeled home with gorgeous patios and mountain views. Close to lots of hiking trails and walking distance to downtown Boulder and CU Campus. Also a short walk to the Hill, Campus, Parks, Boulder Creek, shopping, food and bars. Ideal location for any parents visiting their kids at CU, business men looking for a clean and nice work environment, or a few families coming to vacation in Boulder.

The home is about 2700 sqft with an open layout. There are two master suites with their own bathrooms housing a King bed and a Queen Bed, three other rooms with a combination of bunk beds and a queen, queen and a comfortable pull out couch. Lots of sleeping room for large parties. Zoned for 3 unrelated parties

In the summer the garden is filled with home grown vegetables which you are welcome to cook with.

What an amazing stay! This home is so beautiful and peaceful, and the location is spectacular. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay and more. Jeff was a fantastic host with great communication. One of my favorite VRBOs ever!

This property is probably my favorite rental so far. Right when I walked in, it feels like a place people actually care about instead of a cookie-cutter rental setup. The surfaces, appliances, sinks/faucets, etc. are all quality and items I would choose for my own home. The number of plates/bowls/utensils, condiments, teas, etc. is fantastic and very helpful for renters that don't want to buy one-time use items at the store for a weekend. The beds/bedrooms, bathrooms are very nice and luxurious. The location is quiet especially for its proximity to UC Boulder. Street parking was mostly simple, never had to park far from the property.10/10, would definitely choose to rent this place again.

A beautiful home in the heart of Boulder in walking distance to both downtown Pearl street and the University. It was a perfect spot for our family gathering of 10 of us. The property is obviously a private residence and not a corporate listing, which shows in the care and details, including a fully stocked kitchen with absolutely everything you might need for your stay. It is an older house that was completely renovated with one bedroom downstairs and four upstairs. The description and photos are accurate. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Boulder.
