Overlooking the sparkling waters of Lake Tahoe’s West Shore, this beautiful home is a wonderful year-round retreat. In summer, the private McKinney Shores HOA beach provides easy access for boating and water fun. In winter, Homewood Mountain Resort is only a mile to the north for exciting skiing or snowboarding. In Spring and Fall, there are lots of nearby hikes and fun places to explore like Eagle Rock and Sugar Pine Point State Park.
If you prefer to stay home and relax, this is the place! Take in the gorgeous lake view while grilling up dinner on the deck or gather in the large upstairs loft for family game night or a movie on the huge flat screen TV.
Front door opens to the living room with plush sofa and leather easy chairs in front of a large stone hearth, gas fireplace. The adjacent dining table seats 8 with a view of the lake. Modern kitchen has all the supplies and conveniences you’ll need for fabulous meals. On this level, you’ll also find a lake view bedroom with Queen bed, TV and a door out to the deck; a second bedroom with Double/Full bed, TV and laundry facilities; and a full bathroom between the two bedrooms.
Upstairs there’s another Queen bedroom with lake view and door out to a balcony; second full bathroom; and large loft with large sectional sofa, TV, and desk / work space.
Stay at McKinney Cove and see why you’ll want to visit again in every season!
Close proximity to West Lake Blvd, so some road noise should be expected.
Parking is limited to 3 spaces.
