The neighborhood backs to Sugarpine Point State Park, with miles of singletrack hiking/biking trails heading into the backcountry. Around a 10 minute walk to Chambers public beach. Desolation Wilderness trailheads are accessible from Emerald Bay, a 15 minutes south. The Rubicon trailhead is 5 minutes north. The bike trail to the beach at Meeks Bay has been completed in 2019. You can ride continuous bike trail all the way to Tahoe City in the north and Meeks Bay in the south. A note about privacy- just because you can do something doesn't mean you should. We DO NOT have webcams or cameras of any kind anywhere on the property.

***Please note that if large gatherings (8+) and alcohol-fueled partying are in your plans, this is not the place for you. Our year-round neighbors won't tolerate loud parties and multiple cars parked on the street.***
