This 4 bedroom / 2 bathroom home is truly a distinctive private residence that is spread out among a well thought out tri-level layout.

The private Master bedroom suite boasts a high-end pillow top queen sleigh bed that sleeps 2 and a flat screen TV. The ensuite Master bathroom is equipped with dual Hansgrohe shower heads, modern above-counter sinks, and ultra-modern décor. Just outside the French doors from the Master, a steaming Caldera hot tub is conveniently located.
The second bedroom with its nautical lakehouse decor has a queen bed to comfortably sleep 2. Twin beds in the third bedroom sleep 2 children. A private fourth sleeping area is located downstairs with a dreamy-soft queen bed and futon to sleep 4 and TV. Please note that this fourth sleeping area does not have a door, but we have provided a room divider screen for privacy - it is located in the lower level of the house accessed by stairs.

Take a tour of Tahoe’s first lakefronts, built in the early 20th century by Tahoe’s eccentric pioneers – Ehrman Mansion at Sugar Pine Point State Park and Vikingsholm in Emerald Bay, one of Tahoe’s iconic and most picturesque landmarks. Boat or kayak out to Fannette Island and explore the remains of the teahouse, or hike along Lake Tahoe’s highest cliffs at D.L. Bliss State Park as you gaze down at the crystal-clear blue waters.
