Delightful 1 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage, tastefully equipped with modern furniture and décor featuring local artists. Located in Sunset Beach, Treasure Island, just steps from the white sandy beaches and beautiful clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico to the west and the intercoastal, with its own low-tide beach, to the east. With a sit-on-top sea kayak/stand-up-paddle board hybrid, this property offers all of the amenities in a location second to none.

This little cottage packs a big punch!

The living area features an open floor plan with updated kitchen, workspace and cozy family room with wall-mounted TV. Tiled flooring throughout makes for easy and casual beach living. Fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances: refrigerator, cooktop, convection-microwave oven, toaster oven and coffee maker. The soothing master bedroom has a roomy king size bed, wall mounted flat screen television and plenty of storage. Just off the bedroom is an updated bathroom with walk in shower. A spacious, covered patio offers more room for entertaining and relaxing outdoors. For your convenience there is a pull out sofa, private outdoor hot/cold water shower, new washer/dryer, wireless internet and premium cable.

Location, location, location!

This charming bungalow is tucked away in the Gulf Coast's best kept secret, Sunset Beach, yet close to several restaurants and bars like the infamous Caddy's on the Beach, Taco Bus and The Floridian. Nearby, Publix Supermarket offers convenient access to groceries and incidentals. Sunset Beach, Florida is a small and diverse community located on a narrow barrier island at the southern-most tip of Treasure Island. Around the end of the island is a boardwalk that runs almost a mile over the dunes and offers a great place to walk, jog or simply view the Gulf at sunset. A fully renovated pavilion facility, directly on the beach houses a vending area, restrooms, showers, and a playground. This "Old Florida" community is perfect for those who want to avoid crowded beaches while staying within 15 minute drive (Uber/Lyft) to John's Pass Village, St. Pete Beach and downtown St. Pete for more shopping, dining and entertainment options.

Great beach house

Everything in the listing is exactly what I experienced. The house is perfect for one person or a couple, and for me, my dog. Walking distance to the sand; very quiet and peaceful location. The owners were terrific to work with, and saw to it that my experience was great. Highly recommend.

So close to the beach, we loved walking there every night to watch the sunset. Quiet neighborhood, restaurants close by- we loved VIP and Mad Dog brewery, great location- we would love to go back! Dog beach close enough to walk to if you bring your dog, ours loved it!

This small house picks a big punch! Equipped with everything you might need for the perfect beach getaway, including bikes and a kayak! The perfect beach cottage.

I was fortunate enough to spend the month of February at this Sunset Beach Cottage. Everything about it....the neighborhood, the people and the house itself, was just as described but better. The internet was perfect for my work use. There was plenty of storage both inside and outside on the patio. The outdoor shower was sooo good! The appliances were all top of the line and the kitchen was well appointed. Best part....the beach was less than a block away. I would stay again at this perfect beach home.

A Cute Little Cottage

The place was clean and well suited for my wife and I. The location was great, only 150 steps to Sunset Beach and walking distance to a few restaurants and bars. The owners were great and response to our needs and wants. The bed was comfortable and the place has been recently updated.

This place is very nice and a nice spot for two people. The area is great and the beach is wonderful. We had a great time. Jessica and Clint were very helpful and really want you to enjoy their place. We found the neighborhood quite and the neighbors very nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect little place for 2 of us!

We originally booked for 4 weeks, and after just a few days, decided to add 2 weeks to our vacation! This place was absolutely perfect... just steps from a quiet little beach right at lands end. A cute little patio for barbecuing, and everything you could possibly need from bikes and childrens toys, to dishes, containers, pots and pans. The owner was sweet and even left a little check in treat for us. When you go to the gorgeous white sand beach, facing the water, turn right to the first stone water wall you see. Just on the other side of that I found over 100 conch shells, and many hundreds of other perfect shells to bring home as souvenirs! If we get the chance we will come back again in a heart beat! It's paradise!
