Disfrutar de una de las mejores vistas de la playa y del Golfo de esta estudio muy privado y moderno frente a la playa. Vas a tener un asiento de primera fila a uno de los más impresionantes puestas de sol en el Golfo de México, y disfrutar de su café de la mañana viendo los delfines jugar justo en frente de su habitación.

Con los techos altos extra y distribución en planta ampliada, disfrutará de una habitación grande de la sensación con un montón de espacio para una corta escapada o una estancia prolongada. El condominio cuenta con una cómoda cama de matrimonio tamaño, y tiene un sofá-cama doble de tamaño para una persona adicional. La zona de cocina está equipada con un refrigerador grande, estufa de dos quemadores, microondas, cafetera y licuadora. El condominio es de baldosas en todo, y el cuarto de baño cuenta con un combo de bañera / ducha con juego completo de toallas.

El condominio se ha actualizado con nueva puerta de patio de huracanes, añadiendo enormemente a la comodidad y la seguridad de la habitación. Todos los muebles, electrodomésticos y ropa de cama es nueva y actualizada, y viene completo con todas las toallas (baño y playa), ropa de cama, utensilios de cocina, utensilios de cocina, e incluso un par de sillas de playa de calidad.

Great location on Treasure Island Beach. My sister and I were in need of a beach getaway and I stayed at this condo in April and really enjoyed both times. Great having the vendor with beach lounges/umbrella right outside the building’s back door. We walked to Caddy's for dinner each night and enjoyed the music as well. Condo setup nicely for breakfast and lunch. Extremely nice staff. Pillows and bed really comfy. Will definitely rent again in the future!

This unit has a beautiful view and was in a good location. The bedding and towels were good and there was 1 beach chair supplied. The kitchen was minimally supplied but served our needs.

Didn’t stay

We had to leave unexpectedly right after arrival. However, I would definitely update the room if possible. More sitting areas, maybe a rug, update the bathroom-, update the kitchenette. Very dated! However-Super nice people and great communication with host!

Pool and Tiki bar were great. On the beach was fantastic. Sunsets were unreal!Two things wrong in the room. The back larger burner on the stove did not work, and the balcony sliding door did not have a lock ( no way to secure it)

Property in need of updates and repairs. Upon arrival no hand soap floors on porch were unclean . Felt like a cheap motel to be honest . The only positive thing was the view . No outdoor activities on the property . Towels that were provided were old and hard . Walls were clearly damaged and needed painted . Bathroom baseboards were dirty and there was a gap in the door where small insects could enter 😟 . Small insects were on the countertops . Behind the bed was filthy . Appliances were old need updated . And who has a padded toilet seat this place does …. If the owner reads this please update this could be a really nice unit if attention was given to it .

It was a beautiful view! We arrived early and contacted the owner for early entry and they said it was no problem. The staff on site was so nice! We would definitely come back!

Great getaway!

We had a great time staying at the island inn in treasure island. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The ocean front view was increadible! We were so thrilled to find 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for the beach! Had so much fun at the beach bar down stairs too! Definately a great place to stay.

Beautiful view and awesome access to the beach! The room was VERY clean from top to bottom. Communication with our manager was easy and timely. Even though the staff was not "ours" due to different management company, they were all very helpful and super friendly. It made the stay even more pleasant! Room could probably use a little updating, but that wouldn't stop us from returning.We love the area.. Very walkable and close enough for US to walk to anything we wanted. (Grocery store, restaurants, etc) We enjoy walking and didn't mind a little distance. (easily under a mile)

Waterfront for Sure!

Very nice stay! The view from the room was exactly as advertised. Really had everything we needed. Small kitchen areas for breakfast as nice. Close to lunch and dinner spots as well as a Publix for the basics. Looking forward to potentially returning next year.

Good times

Overall, good experience… Host was very quick on response to get things fixed, but had to constantly take the toilet tank lid off to adjust the flapper so the tank will fill up with water. Other than that great experience.

Amazing view

Great place for stay with amazing ocean view. Close to the Caddy's restaurant on the beach which is our favorite. Very comfortable bed. More then enough room for 2 or 3 persons . Condo had everything we needed. Love it and will stay again. Thank you for having us.
