Winter in scottsdale

This has been the best condo we have ever rented. It is clean and very comfortable. The complex is quiet and clean. The pool is outstanding. The water is heated making swimming allowable in nearly all temperatures. It also has a hot tub. The beds in this condo were the best. We have rented several condos in Scottsdale along with many of our friends. This is the only one with great beds!

The remodeled property was nice overall. It had a good layout and superficially appeared to be clean. However, we had several issues: the patio chairs were very dirty and weren't used by us; we noticed pet items on the patio when we unstacked the dirty patio chairs. The listing made it clear that pets were not allowed, which was an important reason for renting this unit because my wife and daughter both have pet allergies. Both my wife and my daughter had pet allergic reactions in the master bedroom and on the couch. Even after washing the master bedding, my wife still had a serious reaction in the master (probably due to the carpeting). I removed a dog toy from under the master bed. We removed a lot of pet hair from the couch using a lint brush.

Incredible Place!

My family and I booked a last minute trip to Scottsdale to get a break from winter. We found this amazing updated condo that is close to so many shops, restaurants and outdoor activities. We have (2) little kids so the fact it was a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom place allowed the kids to have their own rooms and my wife and I to have our own private space. The condo was immaculate - the entire place was updated and the furnishings were really nice. The owner of the condo was great - very responsive and attentive to the little details. She even left gifts for my son and daughter upon our arrival along with nice little touches around to make us feel like we were at home. Other perks include: a nice patio, kitchen, washer / dryer and heated pool! We will definitely be in touch about renting this place when we come back to Scottsdale next winter. Thanks so much!

The condo is newly remodeled and decorated beautifully. It looks exactly like the photos online. Great kitchen and appliances. The Village’s grounds are beautiful. The heated pools and spas are very fun and refreshing. You can walk on pathways to places to eat (Try out The Hash Kitchen for sure) or to the grocery or to get a coffee. All within a couple blocks. A great Aveda spa right across the street. I will stay here again for sure.

Awesome stay!!

Just stayed here for about 10 days. The place was amazing! Everything about it was perfect! Top quality furnishings, beds are extremely comfortable, master suite is awesome, area is quiet and peaceful, can’t think of anything about it that we didn’t like. Owner was great and quick to respond if we had a question about anything. Will definitely be booking here again if we get the opportunity!
