Spacious condo in good location

We stayed here on Kiawah for golf and restaurants. The central location in the island was convenient to everything. Comfortable space, more roomy than we expected.

We have stayed on Kiawah for 25 years and this place was the cleanest thus far! I even did the full finger test above pictures and ledges!Easy check in and had the area to ourselves! Off season has great rates and it’s so peaceful! We will be back again! Left the place as clean as when we got there! Repeats need a 10% discount!
Lagoon view was wonderful! Best view out of all the villas!

Great stay in Kiawah!

The property was located in a great location on Kiawah, directly across the street from Turtle Point golf course. It was very quiet and a short ride to the beach and resort restaurants. And the condo was nice and clean. We loved the screened in porch.

This is the second time we have stayed at this complex. It is quiet and well located . Sweetgrass was a very responsive management company when we had some maintenance issues. Beds were comfy .Nice screened porch . Poor lighting in the living area for reading was really the only negative.

Great fall getaway

Property was perfect for our week vacation. Close proximity to beach and all bike trails. Beautiful view of the pond and was super happy this condo still had a screened in porch!!

Really nice place

Condo was very nice. It was clean and the layout was perfect. The view of the lagoon was beautiful. The king bedroom was nice, but We were not keen on the bath being open to the bedroom.

The condo was in a great location on lagoon, very short walk to beach and near the Sanctuary hotel. The unit was clean and nicely decorated. Would look to rent again on next visit.

Perfect villa

We had an amazing stay at this villa. The property is located in a great spot. Easy 10 minute walk or few minute bike ride to the beach. Lots of wildlife in the lagoon that was fun to watch. Perfect for our family of four. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful lagoon view

This unit has beautiful lagoon view and it is super clean. Beach is within walking distance. Online listing is accurate. We enjoyed our stay, definitely will come back.
