Location, Location! Enjoy vacationing by the ocean on Kiawah Island! This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage was fully renovated in November 2020 and is conveniently located in the heart of the West Beach. The beach is very close by and don't forget about the exclusive pool only for Greenslake Cottage guests. It is just a quick 5 minute walk away!

Located on the 1st hole of the Cougar Point golf course, this cottage is sure to please everyone. Upon entering the cottage, the spacious living area welcomes you with sunshine beaming through the windows. Living Room includes comfortable furnishings, new Smart flat screen TV, DVD player and desk area for work. The sofa does pull out into a queen-size sleeper sofa for extra guests. Brand new hardwood floors have recently been added in both the living room and bedrooms.

The kitchen is fully stocked and has updated stainless steel appliances. There is a separate dining nook off the kitchen that seats 6 comfortably. The sky lights above will be sure to brighten up your morning and have you getting excited to go outside. The screened porch offers a prefect place for reading a book or just watching the wildlife, morning coffee or evening cocktail.

The Master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV with a private master bathroom. The master also has a step out balcony overlooking the golf course. What a way to wake up! The master bathroom has a walk in shower. The second bedroom has twin beds, flat screen TV and direct access to hall bath with a shower/tub combo.

For your convenience, a full size washer and dryer are included as well as WiFi. And the owner has provided a few beach towels and beach chairs for your use!

This property has views of the first hole at the newly renovated Cougar Point Club House that will have a first-class golf pro shop and brand new restaurant as well!

Perfect Oasis!

This property is perfect in almost every way! The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has anything and everything you could ever need. The walk to the beach is very doable and there is plenty of space to store all of required beach equipment. Our family enjoyed our time here and would definitely return.

Great Stay

Charming condo on hole 1 of Kiawah’s Cougar course. Took us about 8-10 minutes to walk to the beach, the pool is closer to the condo…it’s an easy walk in the shade. Great communication from the owner. Kiawah was a hit for us and we would stay here again.

Perfect Kiawah Cottage

This was the perfect cottage for our family. Very clean, great location, and very easy check-in. We loved sitting on the screen porch each morning a watching the golfers. We're already missing the daily bike rides and relaxing on the beach!

Great cottage!

We stayed for a week at this cottage and we were very pleased with it. It has recently been remodeled and was very clean, well stocked and had a great screened in porch overlooking a beautiful golf course (Cougar Point). Management company was easy to work with and check in was organized. Would definitely rent this cottage again!

Fabulous getaway for two!

We brought our little pug with us to this pet friendly gem and loved every moment. The charming cottage sits right on the course with a divine screened in porch. Just a quick 5 minute walk and you are at the beach. We hope to return soon!

Great intro to Kiawah

Enjoyed stay very much.. gtreat location, easy to get to everything. Would have like newer stove (electric)., more comfortable living room furniture.. Not having resort privileges made golf expensive..

Beautiful location

This cottage was lovely. The location on Cougar Point golf course was very convenient for travel to Charleston. The only complaint is that the owner should obtain better knife ware and pots. I enjoy cooking at times.

1205 Flying Squirrel

This was an amazing vacational rental. The entire villa was clean and beautifully decorated with attractive comfortable furniture. It has a terrific view of the golf course with just a short walking distance from the beach. The owner was very kind to check-in to see if we needed anything. I will definitely tell others about this property as well as stay here again!

Perfect get away

This is a beautiful cottage with everything you need. My husband loved watching the golfers every morning. We took long bike rides, went to the beach and just relaxed! Maybe just a tad far to walk to the beach but we worked around that.

Great cottage and location!

We lived this unit. Clean, nicely appointed and wonderful kitchen with every appliance one needs. We loved the screened porch overlooking the Cougar Point first hole. Convenient location to Freshfields. Only complaint was we had to buy all paper products, Saran Wrap, baggies, spices, etc.. We find it nice to have a few of these items on hand.

As for the paper products, saran wrap, etc., we got rid of these 'communal' items in the midst of the pandemic to ensure the safety and health of our beloved guests! Measures such as these were recommended by the CDC. We now provide a fresh 'starter kit' for each guest, and outline what that includes in the arrival information you receive prior to your stay. Ipromptu Getaway

This cottage more than exceeded our expectations! The hosts have the unit equipped with all the necessities and even more than what we needed. It was even nice to receive a personal email from the owners to check in and make certain everything was to our liking. It was just about a 15 minute walk to the beach but that was primarily because the pace was set by a 7 year old. We have typically been HHI beach goers but now are sold on Kiawah and can't wait to return in the future!

Location and screened in porch were great! Bathrooms and porches need some TLC

Overall property is nice, location and porch view are great! More attention needs to be given to cleaning all porch area, lots of cobwebs and leaves. Bathtub did not drain well, when you showered you were ankle deep in water.

The porch did receive a deep clean back in the first week of May, but sometimes it can be a challenge to keep it pristine at the end of pollen season. We will make a note to double check this area during our arrival inspections. Regarding the bathtub drain, it was checked by the homeowner following your recent departure. It seems as though the tub is draining fine: you just have to make sure the tub stopper is pulled all the way up to drain properly.
