This comfortable modern condo at the Island Club is the ideal destination when you're in the mood for a relaxing getaway along a scenic waterfront. The welcoming design is perfect for kicking back and enjoying water views. The spacious two-story layout provides plenty of options for relaxing, and the comfy beds provide peaceful rest at the end of the day. Take in views of the lagoon from your private deck, or enjoy cooking in the well-equipped kitchen. Three balconies guarantee room for everyone to relax!

Recent updates as of summer 2022 include new air conditioning, new carpet, new paint, and updates throughout the space.

Kick back in the evening and watch the large TV, complete with a DVD player, or venture onto the deck to catch the sunset over the lagoon. You will also enjoy free WiFi and a private washer/dryer for taking care of laundry.

Guests are just minutes from the community of Hilton Head, where you'll find art galleries, museums, and wineries, along with dining and shopping opportunities. With a short walk to the ocean, you can relax on the beach or venture to the marina for fishing excursions. A fitness center, basketball courts, and a community picnic area with grills are also available for guests.

THINGS TO KNOW
The heaters for the lap and kiddie pools will stay on during the spring until the weather changes. Subject to the weather, the heaters will be turned back on in the fall.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 2.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
