Comfortable Home in Fairway Estates

One per 90 days- May do 60, or 90 days, or more for renting this lovely home in the quaint town of Dunedin, one of the oldest towns on the West Coast of Florida. New windows let the warm breezes sweep your cares away. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a large fenced backyard. Two blocks from Dunedin Golf Club, a public course that has hosted 18 Senior Tour Championships and was named "2008 Country Club of the Year" by Tampa Bay Magazine. This home is a short drive, hike or bike ride to Honeymoon Island with nature trails, a pet beach and ferry ride to Caladesi Island; The Pinellas Trail, a continuous 47 mile trail that runs from St. Petersburg to Tarpon Springs and leads to historic downtown Dunedin with restaurants, boutiques, pubs and an active calendar of festivals and outdoor events; plus Dunedin Community Center and Fine Arts Complex with a multi-purpose facility offering a full fitness center, dance and exercise studios, art classes and exhibitions. The home is close to Highlander Park with public tennis courts and ball fields, along with Hammock Park, a lovely trail for your dogs' daily walk. All of this with the Florida sunshine and coastal waterways. Pets allowed upon approval. There is a 90 day minimum stay, although the home can be rented for shorter periods, but only one rental per 90 day increment.
