This is a cozy, immaculate, recently constructed home on a private half-acre lot with a tranquil, south-facing water view and outdoor shower in a quiet and upscale neighborhood. Main floor has open kitchen/dining/living room and queen bedroom/bath, with doors to huge deck. Downstairs consists of one walkout room with full bed and bath with windows on three sides and sliding doors to patio, outdoor shower and private yard.
