Come enjoy Orleans and Chatham
Spend a day at the beach or relaxing in the hammock in the beautiful back yard! Convenient to all that both Orleans and Chatham have to offer. A short 6 mile drive to the great restaurants and shops that downtown Chatham has to offer. Spend a day enjoying the rail trail and the charming village of Orleans just 3 miles from the house. The home next door is occupied by an onsite manager to help with any needs that may arise. Off street parking for 2 vehicles. Wifi available to enjoy your favorite TV shows or to work remotely. Large back yard with hammock, picnic table and grill to enjoy meals outdoors. After a day at the beach rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower.

The location is what we love about this property and we think you will too! All of the villages on the Cape have their charms--Orleans and Chatham being two of our favorites. You'll be able to relax and get away from it all or drive to join the fun!

A modest, comfortable Cape House to spend time away from the daily grind. When you say you'd like a change of scenery, there is some truly beautiful scenery nearby with Nauset and Orleans beach to just name a couple!
