Pioneer Boathouse - Furnished 2 bedroom apartment

This early 1880s landmark, baring a large compass rose on the front has the prominent distinction of being the first structure on the water side of the street. In the railroad days it was known as the Pioneer Boat House which provided "yachts, launches, arks and boats of every description for sale or rent.

Today it houses one of the most unique residences in Tiburon. Hidden, over the water and behind a retail facade lays this wonderful, 1 bedroom, 1 bath with over the water, deck seating for two, complemented by nautical furnishings . There is a large variety of dinning close at hand. Excellent ferry service is only steps away, providing transportation through out the Bay Area.

When we are not working at the boathouse we are out on the S.F. Bay. We enjoy sailing and taking the ferries to the city for the day for a SF Giants game or shopping, the ferry drops you off at our historic ferry building. We live in Tiburon for the quiet charm and lack of fog.
