Super Location

The condo was super clean and well maintained. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. The master bedroom and bath were huge. We enjoyed our time on the deck enjoying watching the golfers come through. The grill was a plus.

Nicely appointed home with southwestern decor. Right on the golf course. Very close to Sedona golf course, bell rock and courthouse trail. We really enjoyed the location. Vacasa was extremely good as management!!We would recommend

Beautiful home in a beautiful area

Property was better than the pictures. It has everything you could want. Wish our stay was longer. Want to come back again for a week. Sedona is so beautiful. .

Great Sedona connection

We loved the decor, and the quiet! The bedrooms were good, especially the Master. I traveled with a friend, and she was fine in the 2nd bedroom and bath. It was charming, and gave us what we needed. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well.

BEAUTIFUL AND COMFORTABLE ACCOMMODATIONS

Better than the pictures on a beautiful golf course with a great clubhouse for swimming and relaxing in the hot tub. Everything you need in the kitchen and throughout. A wonderful place to stay.

Convenient & Quiet

Very convenient location in a quiet neighborhood. It was a very nice upgrade over the previous timeshare rentals we've stayed at. Townhome provided ample space and very comfortable. Would definitely rent this place again.

Fantastic Home Away from Home

Spacious, comfortable and well appointed home in a quiet golf course community. The neighborhood was great and everyone we ran into was very friendly. The home had everything we needed and more! It was a great location for accessing everything Sedona has to offer without getting into traffic jams that happen up the road. We will definitely be back!

Spacious and welcoming, this home was enchanting and full of whimsical and Beautiful representations of local culture. We especially like the kokopeli theme echoed throughout the home. The master bath is spa worthy quality, with a deep tub, open concept, and large sit in shower with dual heads. The kitchen had all the necessities and comforts of a cooks kitchen. The check-in process was smooth, with regular texts from Vacasa sharing pertinent information. We fully enjoyed making memories in this lovely space, and sitting on the peaceful deck. Wonderful experience and clean home

We loved everything about this property for our stay. However, we felt there needed to be a upper security lock on both the front and master bedroom doors for added safety and peace of mind. We look forward to making it a yearly getaway! The area was perfect. Close to everything we love to do while in Sedona.

Desert Serenity

This place is lovely! The decor is perfect and there are some beautiful southwest art pieces throughout the home. The pictures don't do it justice. They have everything you need for a stay in Sedona. The country club neighborhood was beautiful and serene. We spent the evenings on the back deck watching the spectacular Arizona night sky. Close to hiking, shopping, and all that the area has to offer without being in the thick of heavy traffic and hordes of people. We came to celebrate my 60th birthday and it was a wonderful place for this milestone celebration. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Fall Trip

Loved the quiet gated community. The townhouse had everything we needed. We enjoyed the perfect weather and beauty of Sedona. Vacasa took 4 days to bring propane for grill because of low staffing. I would rent this property again.

This listing is outside Sedona by 20 minutes. Quiet area. Pool is seasonal - opens in May. Hot tub broken for first half of stay. It is quite a walk to the pool area. Does have pool towels. Dish cloths would have been helpful. Limited food storage containers. We usually like to pack food for the day. Couldn’t get main TV to work, even with the instructions, which made more time to create more memories and wasn’t important to us.

We recently stayed at this property for four nights and, while the home itself was clean and well-equipped, our experience was overshadowed by a number of issues that affected our comfort and peace of mind. We arrived at the home at around 7 p.m., after the sun had set. The property was somewhat difficult to locate due to the low-light area and overgrown bushes that obscured the house number. This would likely be less of a concern during daylight hours, but it did make for a bit of a stressful arrival in the dark. Upon entering, we found the home to be very clean and well-maintained, with all amenities provided. However, our first issue arose when we attempted to secure the sliding patio door before heading to bed. Despite several attempts, we were unable to lock the door, ultimately concluding that it was broken. This was a significant concern, particularly because the patio lacks a gate or any other form of security. Given that the door could easily be opened by anyone passing by, we felt unsafe, especially with young children and personal belongings inside. We reached out to the Vacasa team via VRBO chat to report the problem, but we were disappointed that the door had not been inspected and repaired before our arrival. As a result, I had to sleep in the living room to keep watch throughout the night, which was far from ideal after a long drive.
