"MargaritavillePool Home" offre une piscine chauffée à l'eau de mer avec une véranda avec écran pouvant accueillir jusqu'à six personnes. Profitez de lire un livre ou de faire la sieste sur le canapé en plein air dans votre zone filtrée. La piscine est maintenue à 88-90 degrés dans les mois les plus froids aussi longtemps que les clients mettent le couvercle lorsqu'il ne sert pas. Profitez de la piscine de sel qui est beaucoup plus facile sur votre peau / cheveux. Imprégnez-vous de la beauté de notre arriÚre-cour tropicale. L'intérieur a été décoré avec des couleurs tropicales et un thÚme de Beachy. Nouveau téléviseur HD 55 pouces dans le salon. La cuisine et la salle à manger viennent de subir un remodelage total comprenant de nouvelles armoires à shaker blanc et des comptoirs en granit. La belle plage est d'env. à 4 minutes à pied. Profitez de l'extrémité nord de Clearwater Beach dans ce quartier résidentiel. Ceci est une location hebdomadaire sous licence avec la ville de Clearwater.

The host Dana was very welcoming and was always there to respond asap to any questions we had and helped in any way she could. The holiday home is beautiful and from the moment we walked in it felt like home. All the amenities are there and the heated pool is so lovely. The beach is in walking distance and bars and restaurants are about 15 minutes walking either past the lovely villas or strolling along the beach bare foot in the soft white sand. We had the best vacation and we do plan to definitely return. What a fab vacation in Clearwater a great memory. ThanksMichelle

Amazing Place to Stay

This place deserves more than 5 stars! Our family stayed 4 nights and it was perfect for everything we wanted to do! Great location to shopping and the beach
 but was a great neighborhood feel! The property is completely updated and so clean! The pool was warm and very clean felt private and safe! Our family will definitely be back !! The screened patio was an awesome bonus! I can’t say enough about this place! I’m ready for the next trip already!

Wonderful location!

We stayed in June 2024 and had an amazing time! Dana was in contact from the moment we booked through the check in process. She checked in to see if we needed anything and provided clear instructions on the home and any expectations for check out. It was a 5 min walk to the beach and the pool area was perfect for the kids! 10/10 would recommend.

Wonderful beach vacation

This is such a great neighborhood and so close to the beach. We walked to the beach (5 minutes) multiple time a day while also enjoying the heated pool. The house was spacious enough for our family of four, although we spent most of our time out back on the screened in lanai or in the pool which is the best part of this beach house.

Great 1st visit!

The property was just like the pictures online. The screened in landing was so nice to use without being in the sun or bitten by mosquitoes!! My granddaughter loved the po-she became a mermaid and never wanted to leave! The beds were comfortable. The rooms and the bathroom had plenty of room. It was a wonderful place, and we will be back!! Thanks😀

Spring Break

Great place! Clean, updated, well maintained. Love the lanai. Could not have asked for more. Family staying a few blocks away were jealous and already looking to book in the future. Will be back.

Everything we needed!

Perfect vacation house

We just finished a vacation week with our 2 adult children and their significant others. It was a perfect house for our getaway! Pool and outdoor space was just lovely. The house was clean, comfortable and stocked with everything thing we needed. Short walk 20 minute walk to downtown and only 4 minutes to the beach

Perfect Location

The owner was very prompt in communicating. The location was only a 4-minute walk to the beach and was a nice quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and perfect for the family, and the saltwater pool was great.

Quiet family getaway

The house was gorgeous and just what my family and I were looking for! The beach is a short 5 minute walk and the beach was quiet and secluded, we loved it! The pool was perfect for the rainy parts of the day as well. I was able to work remotely and the view of the pool was the perfect setting. Will be booking again for sure!!

family vacation

it was a great private beach! supplied everything you need for a beach day. far away from pier 60 business but also close if you wanted to go. Once we figure out trolleys it was nice getting there and back on them .. other wise uber: lyfts. if it is no kids definitely able to walk!

Lovely house and pool

The home was clean and had a great layout for our family. The kitchen was stalked with everything we needed. The pool was a great temperature and the lanai was great for all our meals outdoors. Location is in a quiet residential neighbourhood and it was such a quick walk to the beach. Dana was a great host. Always available for questions and helped to make our stay very enjoyable.

Relaxing stay at Clearwater Beach

Our family enjoyed staying at this child and grandmother-friendly location. We would start our mornings walking at the beach and then spend time in the lovely pool. I highly recommend the home for families who want to enjoy Clearwater Beach but do not want to be in the center of the tourist activity. We could quickly drive the 0.5-—0.75 miles to the town center to park and walk to destinations to avoid the traffic.
