Beautiful and Sunny!
Our bright and cheery Casita is located in the peaceful and serene flatlands of North Berkeley. The Casita is located on a tree lined street and close to the hustle and bustle of downtown city life with its many shops and restaurants. We are 4 blocks from North Berkeley BART station and 5 blocks from 4th Street shops and restaurants. The delightful Cafe Leila is at the end of the block, and Acme bread is 2 blocks away - YUM! We are also 1.5 miles from the University.
This is a new, street level apartment (built in 2019) and newly furnished. The casita is attached to our main home with a separate entrance and excellent insulation for privacy. The kitchen has all new appliances (frigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, hot water kettle), staples (dishware, cleaning supplies, oils, etc), and an assortment of coffee and teas. A stackable washer and dryer is behind the closet door in the kitchen. Very comfy leather couch for hanging out or watching movies, and a comfy bed for a restful night! We have a dog and cat in the main house. Our neighborhood is also very friendly.
We prefer long-term renters.
