***Rarely available, booking for December 15, 2023 - March 14, 2024***Come get away in this beautiful, newer 4th floor Waterfront Corner Condo. Built in 2017 and situated along the Indian Shores intercoastal waterway and just steps away from white sand Gulf Beaches. Relax in luxury in this bright and spacious single level unit. The condo comfortably accommodates six in 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and beautiful open kitchen/living area. It is fully equipped to provide a fun and relaxing vacation experience for families of all ages. New bunk room has been added off the second bedroom for 2-3 young kids. Dining table, barstools and patio furniture have been updated in 2020. Building painted in 2023. Enjoy the unobstructed views from the 300 ft waterside terrace. You will feel better than "at home" in the fresh ocean air!

The condo complex is Beautiful with lush tropical palms and landscaping.
The many amenities include a heated pool and spa, waterside recreation deck, covered gazebo to relax, gas grills, firepit, outdoor dining/seating spaces and a pedestrian walkway skirting the intercoastal waterway. There are two assigned parking spaces, one under the building and one outside, and ample guest parking. The building is secured at the elevator with a coded entry system. A convenient trash chute is on each floor. A VERY short walk to the pristine gulf beaches!

Very quaint and quiet, with many restaurants and a miniature golf course within walking distance.

***This condo is only available seasonally in 30 day + increments from Mid December, January, February, through mid March. The rest of the year the unit is owner occupied on weekends! This unit is new to VRBO and therefore has no reviews.***
