Unit #221 is nestled in the corner behind the elevator, granting you the peace and quiet that comes with being tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the hotel's main areas. While it does not have a balcony, it compensates by featuring a window that allows ample natural light to fill the space and offers a street view.

Pelican Pointe is in the heart of Clearwater Beach located across the street from one of the top rated beaches in America! Accommodations:
Our studio room offers the best value for experiencing Clearwater Beach and can accommodate up to 4 guests. This room features a queen size bed and a spacious living area of 345 square feet. The private bathroom is fully stocked with towels and toiletries for your convenience. Additionally, the room includes a well equipped kitchenette, dining area, and a flat screen TV for your entertainment needs. The separate living area has a full size sleeper futon, providing extra sleeping space if needed. To ensure your stay is worry-free, our dedicated on-site staff provides daily housekeeping service so that you can sit back and relax!

- As of March 1, 2024, ongoing building repairs are underway. Please note that construction noise may occur Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
- Check in time is at 3 PM. Checkout time is at 11 AM.
- Parking is limited to one spot per room. Parking pass provided at check in.
- Daily housekeeping provided.
- No pets allowed.
- There are no refunds for early departure or late arrival.

This room has no barrier to the room next door noise wise and I had two sleepless nights. Otherwise the property was fine and staff very friendly. There is a lot of construction noise as well as disclosed in the listing but takes away from your getaway vacation.
