**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

Welcome to Harborview Heaven at North Coast Village, your destination for relaxation while enjoying the harbor, San Luis Rey River, and stunning ocean views from the living room, bedroom, and balcony. Imagine awakening each morning and while laying in bed you can gaze at the waves, or look across the river and see the boats in the harbor. This is your view to enjoy. Smell the crisp ocean air, hear the waves or watch the birds flying in formation over the water. Imagine watching the sunset each night from the balcony while enjoying your meal or a glass of wine as the light begins to fade signaling the end of another coastal day. The sunset views are breathtaking while watching the remaining beachgoers linger on the beach.

KITCHEN AND DINING
The kitchen features granite countertops and comes fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to create any of your favorite vacation foods right from the comfort of your own condo. The dining area has a small table with seating for 4 and two additional spots at the bar.

LIVING AREAS
F201 is furnished to comfortably house 4 with a comfy oversized wide queen sleeper sofa that is 8 feet long, and two reclining chairs to relax in while gazing at the views or watching tv. The TV in the living room is a 43-inch flat-screen Smart TV for your viewing pleasure. High-speed cable internet is also included free of charge. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - the living room has a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment.
The bathroom is across the hall from the bedroom and has a large walk-in tiled shower with a separate 5' vanity area with granite counters.

SLEEPING
F201 is set up to sleep 4 guests. The master bedroom has a King size bed with a 32-inch flat-screen TV with cable. Additional sleeping arrangements are found in the living room where there is a queen-sized sofa sleeper, as well as there is a Queen Aerobed for guest use if additional sleeping arrangements are needed.

EXTRAS
-This unit comes with 1 assigned parking space in the garage underneath the building.
-This corner unit is just steps from the elevator and has a parking spot near the door which makes for very easy access from the garage to the condo front door.
-A PacknPlay Travel Crib is provided in the unit for those traveling with younger guests.
-Hi-speed wireless internet is provided free of charge.
-F201 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including boogie boards (2), beach towels (4), sand toys, beach umbrella (1), and beach chairs. (2).

F201 is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor, built directly on the sand and just steps to the beach. Enjoy the lush tropical gardens with beautiful waterfalls, streams, koi ponds, and hidden alcoves. You'll have access to amenities such as a lagoon-style year-round heated pool and hot tub, commercial-sized barbeque area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved garage parking, as well as laundry facilities, and 24-hr security to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. North Coast Village is truly a one-stop location for an unforgettable vacation.

If that's not enough, you can head down to the harbor or the pier and enjoy such activities as fine dining, jet ski, kayak, bike, and surfboard rentals, sailboat excursions, and deep-sea fishing. North Coast Village is so centrically located you can walk to everything near the beach and your car can stay in its secure, underground parking spot- no hassling for beach parking!
**Please note that the HOA performs many construction projects during the fall and off-season at North Coast Village such as siding repair, landscaping projects, sidewalk repair, and more. We try to keep guests updated the best we can so they are aware during these projects but overall have no control over when, where, and what projects take place.

Our perfect location right in the middle of San Diego and Orange County also makes it easy to visit all the great attractions of Southern California.
