Mountain Cottage and Tiny House with hot tub
This listing is for BOTH our main cottage AND the adjoining tiny house.
Both were renovated and decor are in "Fixer Upper Farmhouse style". Hot tub, grill & fire pit are available for guest use.
The main house was originally located on the Biltmore Estate Dairy Farm property & was moved to this location in the 1950's. It is a sweet somewhat quirky place.

The main house is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath home that has been updated with modern finishes. There is a family room, formal dining, sun room and screened in porch. The master suite has a living area area with a couch as well as a queen sized bed and sliding doors to back deck.
There are Mountain View’s from the back deck,hot tub and fire pit.
The tiny house is a thoughtfully designed 250 sqft space. Efficiency kitchen, full bathroom, living area with electric fireplace and mounted TV that pivots. Deck with the best views on the property.
The house is in a rural area but is just 5 minutes to the grocery store, 10 to Asheville Outlet Mall and 20 minutes to downtown or Biltmore Estate.
Although rural we do have a few neighbors and share a driveway with two of them. There is space for 4 cars at the main house. A drive for 1 at the tiny house and space for another 2 cars in the grass if needed.
Guests can access the entire home, tiny house and all outdoor areas.
I do not generally directly interact with guests unless they request it. We do live just 3 miles away so are available as needed. We have another airbnb about a 1/2 mile away so are "in the neighborhood" a lot.
The house is just outside Asheville city limits. About 5 minutes to grocery shopping, less than 10 minutes to Asheville Outlets. About 20 minutes to downtown Asheville or Biltmore Estate.
A car is highly recommended. We have had guest use uber/lyft for night out on the town with no issues.
Our home is pet friendly to well behaved pets. Guest will be charge a $25 pet fee to be paid prior to check in.
