Enjoy a comfortable stay in this third-floor suite, ideal for couples, families, or longer visits. It features one king-size bed and a queen pull-out sofa for up to four guests.

The full kitchen includes an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, tea kettle, cookware, dishes, and utensils, plus dish soap and dishwasher detergent. Fresh linens and towels are provided, along with a shower dispenser stocked with Paya shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Enjoy extras like under-sink water filtration and a starter bag of locally roasted PennyCup coffee.

Relax with cable TV and high-speed WiFi. Entry is easy and secure with a personal door code emailed 24 hours before arrival along with check-in instructions. Cribs and high chairs are available at no extra charge upon request (please contact the property manager).

Guests have access to a coin-operated laundry room on-site.

Note: This unit is not pet-friendly, on the third floor with stair access only, and located under rooftop HVAC equipment, which may cause noise and some speak of vibrations—it's not ideal for light sleepers.

I had a great time at River Row Flats! The place was super clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed. Check-in was quick, and the host (Nancy) was friendly and quick to respond. The suite was clean and as advertised. 1 king bed with a great view of New Belgium Brewery location. The kitchen and the bath were spacious. Parking area was safe. One parking spot per suite. Plenty of parking across the street. Even though this suite was a studio, it had enough space to fit small children (play pen or air mattress). The host was friendly and always available.This is the perfect spot to stay close enough to downtown Asheville and West Asheville w/o dealing w the traffic. It is also conveniently located to major highways.

Awesome place!

We booked a place at River Row Flats for two nights and loved the location! We had a few specific activities planned, but enjoyed the walking trails by the river the most of all! It was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. We plan to return!

Located directly across the street from New Belgium Brewing and minutes from downtown shopping and activities.

Why they chose this property

Located directly across the street from New Belgium Brewing and within walking distance to the River Arts District, River Row Flats is centrally located to most of Asheville's most loved attractions. We are located about 5 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes from the Biltmore House entrance. It is a 15 minute drive to the entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway for great hiking trails and lookouts. The French Broad River is right across the bridge from us and water access is within walking distance. The Greenway across the bridge is great for biking, jogging, or going to all of the unique shops in the RAD. Street noise can be heard but is typically not an issue with most guests.
