The rental was in a GREAT location to shops, restaurants all in walking distance. And only 10 min from Biltmore.

Fabulous trip this summer. This perfect little condo is everything a couple needs and in walking distance to all of downtown. Great host with excellent communication. Could not think of anything that would have made this stay better.

July 4th Getaway

The unit was clean, with updated features and you can’t beat the location. Walking distance to all of Asheville’s downtown shops / restaurants. Jon, our host, checked in with us on that first day to make sure everything was satisfactory. Great for a long weekend getaway.

Exactly what we thought it would be and more. Clean, near everything, and cozy. Of note, deep bathtub and double shower. Nice. A little bit of everything to this one. Perfect.

After Christmas Getaway

Great communication, easy check in and access. The condo is in a great location, short walk to everything downtown and easy access to the highway. Inside was very clean, lots of attention to detail, comfortable, cant wait to visit Asheville and stay again.!

Perfectly walkable and very comfortable

My daughter and I stayed for the weekend for her gymnastics competition right next door at the Cherokee Center. It was perfect for the two of us…water pressure is great, too, and kitchen small but well-appointed. Definitely recommend!

Excellent location and property

We enjoyed our stay at this immaculate property. The place is actually larger than the pictures make it look. The owner was very communicative and even allowed us to use the parking space earlier than checkin saving us the cost of parking in the city. Will definitely stay here again.

Anniversary trip, get away

This place was perfect for us. Just enough space. Clean & as pictured. Safe parking place & secure entry. The only suggestion i would make for owner is a few more rolls of toilet paper and an extra set of towels. Otherwise, easy walk to lots of restaurants & activities. Great location & views.

Great value

A great location with easy parking, walkable to everywhere downtown. I was worried it might be noisy but it wasn’t. The space was very clean and comfortable and felt very private for a city apartment—perfect for what I needed.

Honestly I was very impressed. The condo was neat, clean and the bed was comfortable which was very important to me. When said you can walk Downtown,the description is pure fact. Two thumbs up my wife and I give for the condo. I can keep going but I will say rent it if it’s available. Jon will will be there for you to answer your question and give advice. Enjoy.

Very comfortable unit. Great walking distance to everything in town. Nice, comfortable furnishings. Did not know where to park because that email was sent two months ahead of time and not included in the check in info. Some confusion with the front door. It had a keypad and another devise with a keypad hanging on the door that housed to key. We were trying to open the hanging one. Coffee pods were stale. Tv remote did not work in bedroom. The two clocks in the unit needed batteries. Wonderful firm mattress on the bed!Need more drinking glasses. Other than those few things it was great.

Beautiful Apartment, Great Location, Just Little Issues

The apartment is conveniently located to all of the downtown Asheville amenities. The parking space made it possible for us to park at the condo and walk everywhere. The apartment is perfect for two people - spacious and well appointed. Our issues were with checking in and the TVs. There are electric keypad locks on both the building entrance and on the condo entrance, each with its own code. The check in instructions gave us only the condo code, so we couldn't get into the building. The owner/manager responded quickly to our text and helped us get in. Each TV had two remotes and there were no directions on how to use them. To complicate matters, there was only one set of charged batteries. The owner/manager texted to ask us how things were going on day two of our trip and I mentioned the TV issue. We didn't hear from him again.
