There are 3 bedrooms, two have queen size beds, one has a day bed that pulls out. Two baths with an additional outdoor shower. Nice size kitchen with dishwasher and has all basics such as dishes, pots and pans, flatware. Small screened in porch in front, perfect for quiet reading or a cup of coffee. Central heating & air conditioning. Washer & dryer in basement. Two small tv’s. Large deck in back with lovely side yard and swing hanging in tree.
