Bayfront Vacation Home in Southold, 5 Bedrooms

Take in the extensive views from this lovely Goose Creek Front waterfront vacation home, with private deck and beach. Top rated Southold beach destination just across the street and close to the Southold Yacht Club on the bay. Explore the North Fork from a different vantage point; rent a boat from Strong's Marina dock it at the house, or take to the lagoon on our one of two kayaks. Enjoy the fire pit with family/friends on our private beach.

The main level bedrooms, on second floor, feature a King ensuite master bedroom and the second bedroom contains a King size bed. Also, there are two full bathrooms on this floor. The main living area offers a modern kitchen, living room, and dining with 180 degrees views of the water (via an outside balcony). Take advantage of the flow onto the shaded deck with picture perfect views. Entertaining spaces inside and out!

The first floor offers two bedrooms, one with a bunk bed of 3 full-size beds and the second room with a Queen size bed, as well. Also, the is a full bathroom, living room, and updated bar area.

The attic offers 2 queen size beds. It is equipped with a TV, an additional AC unit and a sun-window.

Great house, great location, access to the water for kayaking and boating. 2nd floor was great living space, deck was perfect with views of bay and the creek. Family had a blast

Great stay on the north fork

We loved staying in this home! Beautiful view, large property, and easy access to the beach. The house was very comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. We’re enjoyed biking around the neighborhood and short drives to Greenport and the grocery store. We hope to come again soon!!

We throughly enjoyed our stay loved the amount of room so we could all have quite private time Outside property is very large and includes all the beach chairs and umbrellas which saved lots of room in the car. The view was wonderful definitely hope to return

If you love walking to the beach. Being on Goose creek Comfy beds and plenty of them. Fully stocked kitchen, big screen tv. Beautiful view This is the place for you ! Quirky yes. But great !

Slice of paradise

This was our second year renting from the ultimate hosts. Their welcome envelopes you with warmth. The home is spacious, very clean, equipped for your every need from beach equipment to kitchen paraphernalia. We live in CA, but we feel like we’ve known them our whole lives. We hope all renters keep the home as special as it is. Just sitting on the well appointed deck taking in the view eliminates every ounce of stress you might have. Choose between a private beach on the creek or walk across the street for a little more action on the public beach while watching the sailors launch from the Southold Yacht Club. Lots of restaurants and wineries to choose from as well as the local brewery. We loved visiting and wish we were still there

Terrific stay

We had a wonderful time staying at this terrific home. Deck offers great views of the surrounding area, with a very nice beach just over the bridge. The beach and water sport equipment provided were greatly appreciated. Kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. Owner was very responsive to any questions. Would definitely stay again.

Southold gem

Tony and Joe are the ultimate hosts. They both communicated before and during our stay to ensure our needs were met. The clean, spacious, house is ideally situated on Goose Creek Pond with its own private dock and beach complete with a fire pit. The backyard lawn is massive. The public beach is an under 5 minute walk with town and vineyards a short drive through a lovely neighborhood. My family is small, but there were plenty of beds had we needed them. The house is completely turn key with consideration and accommodation for all your needs. Truly. The wrap around deck was a favorite place for us to take in the view whether it was morning, lunchtime, or dinner. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and whole heartedly recommend this lovingly cared for home for your vacation.

We have enjoyed many summers and falls/springs/winters in Southold in such a relaxed atmosphere on the water.

Why they chose this property

Many reasons... top of which it's on the bay with its own private beach area. The Goose Creek Beach is just a swim away from the house.

What makes this property unique

The town is extremely close with many restaurants and boutiques to shop! We especially love the long bike rides along the vineyards surrounding our home in Southold and nearby towns.
