About Dawn & Tim Rickert

I have lived here in Colorado Springs since 1980. This is a wonderful town with so much to see and do. We purchased this home for our personal residence and lived there for 12 years. Raising 4 children there we had too many fond memories to turn it into an apartment building or office like so many of the grand old homes of it's era. So now it is in it's full glory bringing more memories to other families getting together for family reunions, weddings, business and vacations. It's size makes it great to share, but there are many private areas also. It has been fully renovated and restored and is waiting for you!

Dawn & Tim Rickert purchased this house in 1993

Why Dawn & Tim Rickert chose Downtown

We love Old Downtown, and still live in this historic neighborhood. There are endless activities close by. You can walk to so much, and driving from there has easy access to all parts of Colorado Springs. Because we lived in this house and there are many extra's that the normal rental does not have. We pride ourselves on attention to detail. Come stay and enjoy a bit of Colorado's history.

Wonderful stay!!

  • 5 of 5

This place was so perfect for what we were needing. My family gathered for the funeral of my cousin and we came from all over the country. This house was beautiful and welcoming. The front porch was my favorite place to sit and visit with my family. We were able to walk up to the park so my kids could play. The owners were so wonderful and patient with me as I had to add to our total staying as more people were able to come in for the service. We all talked multiple times about making this a yearly thing and we will definitely stay here again.
