Welcome! Stay at our beautiful home in the heart of beautiful, historic Crested Butte! This property was constructed in 2007 and it’s one of downtown’s finest homes. The location is in northwest quadrant of town, close to everything and located at the corner of 4th and Maroon - 1 block from Elk Avenue, the main street of Crested Butte. Enjoy a 2 minute walk to over a dozen great restaurants, free ski shuttle, Camp 4 Coffee, shopping, unlimited hiking/biking trails and much more. Your view of Crested Butte Mountain is absolutely breathtaking; you’ll not find a better location anywhere!

Our home is 3000 square feet of custom finishes! You’ll enjoy 4 tastefully decorated bedrooms complete with luxurious down comforters, linens and bedding. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with custom hand milled cabinets and vanities made of the finest hardwoods and stone. Relax in 2 spacious family rooms with comfortable custom furnishings, antique wood beams, smart televisions with current electronics. The gourmet kitchen comes furnished with locally hand-crafted black walnut cabinetry, Viking and Sub-Zero appliances, granite countertops, glassware, flatware, utensils and china. If you need privacy to do a little work, head to the study where you'll find an antique desk, leather daybed, high-speed wireless internet and printer. The laundry room includes a Bosch washer and dryer, granite countertops and refrigerator. Other amenities include a powder bath, 2 gas fireplaces, in-floor radiant heat, boiler system provides endless hot water, antique wide-plank wood flooring, exquisite furnishings, designer furniture, antiques, custom window treatments and antique oriental rugs. The yard is beautifully landscaped with local foliage, iron fencing and much more!

Great location

The location of this property is superb. Dave and Anne are incredibly gracious and communicative hosts. The layout of the house was very relaxing for our group of eight. The proximity to town made our stay very relaxing and easy. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had every convenience and the radiant floor heat was divine. Thanks again for having us !

Ideal first trip to Crested Butte

We loved everything about our stay at this property. The house was even better than the pictures, in an ideal location just a block off of Elk, with a great view of the mountain and church from your front yard. The wildflowers and landscaping around the house is beautiful. Dave was helpful before arriving to the property and connected me with a rental company to help with baby/kids gear, and continued to be easy to communicate with throughout our stay.

Perfect House in the Perfect Crested Butte Location

The house was situated just off of Elk Street, the main stret in town. Everything was just a 2 minute walk. It was also easy to leave the front door and go on gorgeous runs. Hiking, mountain biking and more are just a few minutes away by car. The house is large and very well-stocked. It was incredibly comfortable and I am excited to return.

Awesome!!

This is our 5th year to stay in this beautiful home in Crested Butte! And we’ll continue to do so. Located one block off the main street this home is walkable to restaurants, bars and cute shops. Our favorite is Camp 4 Coffee located on 4th St and is a 3 minute walk. Dave and Ann are wonderful hosts and always available by text or a phone call. The walkways were shoveled daily by their wonderful property manager Christin. Overall, I can’t say enough of how much we enjoy our annual stay there. We’re not skiers but our kids who live in CO are and they love it!! Thank you Dave and Ann!!

Christmas in Crested Butte

This is a wonderful house that is very well taken care of, immaculately clean, and right in the heart of the town. Within one block, you are steps away from restaurants and shops that line Elk Ave. The convenience is outstanding! The house is small enough to experience the togetherness of family, large enough to spread out for your own privacy. AND, every room has it’s own bathroom and very comfortable bed. The kitchen is well stock with everything you need, except food:-). Lastly, I can’t say enough about the host’s, Dave and Ann. While we were there, CB experienced record snowfall(an insane amount) in one week and Dave would periodically text me to make sure we were ok. As i would say, they under promised and over delivered! They were amazing host’s. I highly recommend this house to everyone and look forward to our return.

Crested Butte August 2021:

This property fit our family very well. Good location. We all liked it and want to rebook first week in August of 2022. Some suggestions: freezer in main refrigerator did not work, one sink in "Cowboy" bathroom didn't drain, coffee maker in kitchen did not work. Lastly, the parking regulations for CB have been updated. Two of our guests got tickets. One of those received a refund. Regulations suggest that property owner get temporary parking passes for guests every week. Overall, a great experience in a wonderful town. RKR

Best spot for town

We had a great stay. The location was perfect and the house was perfectly clean and has plenty of room to spread out. I really appreciated the extra staples that were provided like paper towels, soap etc. The water pressure was terrific and TVs were great to watch some tennis and movies. The only thing I would suggest are fans for every bedroom. Overall we loved our stay and would come back!
