This condo has an amazing view of the water, nature, and amazing sunsets this time of the year!The location was great. It’s tucked away in a very private and quiet area.

This property was amazing! It was clean and exactly like it was described in the listing. Just outside of Traverse City with a beautiful view. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Beautiful getaway!

This condo is perfectly located in the traverse city area! It’s in its own little corner, with beautiful views of the lake, and easy access to different parts of the city. Perfect spot for a little getaway!

Great Location for Exploring

The condo had everything you could ask for. It was a great place to get away and relax after various day trips to Glen Harbor, Sleeping Bear, Suttons Bay, Leland, Old Mission and Charlevoix.

I was in town for a conference and it was really convenient to stay there. I dislike the crowds at the Grand Traverse resort. And this was off the beaten path and really lovely

Perfect location Private with great bay view. Rented two units. One through Grand Traverse and this VRBO. This unit was far superior.

Long family weekend

We were up visiting my sister and her family for a long weekend. Love the location being close to both Traverse City and Elk Rapids. Wine tasting was fantastic, breweries were fun. Aprill was quick to respond the one time we needed something. Definitely recommend this place, lovely views. Just wish we could have brought our dog.

Nice condo near Traverse City

We stayed at this condo for a long weekend trip to Traverse City. The location was very convenient for checking out Traverse City. The condo complex was quiet, and it had a great view of the bay. The woods next to the condo also had a really nice walking trail. We didn’t have any issues, but the owner was super responsive.

GREAT STAY !

Everything was perfect. Great location. Great view of the Bay. Very clean & neat. Had a nice 5 day stay. Aprille was nice enough to come fix TV Sunday night upon out arrival.

The place was a great view, great location, with a great host! We asked to check in an hour early due to timing issues and our host was very accommodating. Definitely would stay again!

Wonderful quiet spot on Grand Traverse Bay

This is a wonderful location to use to visit the Traverse City area. It is only 15 minutes from the heart of Traverse City, yet you get the peace and quiet of being remote. The unit is right on the bay, albeit separated from the actual bay by a lowland area. The unit itself is very clean and seems recently updated. The bed is very comfortable. The only critique I would offer is some of the outlets did not work, and needed to figure that out. It is a great location to stay at. We would most definitely stay at this location again.

Lovely condo with great lake view!

The condo was a perfect size for a party of 3. The balcony was a great place for morning coffee and listening to the waves. Quiet and secluded even though a large outdoor party was in progress the first evening! Really enjoyed the stay!

The view is perfect

I love the condo. The resort needs some work. Our patio was not clean and sap is everywhere. Of course its wooded and that comes with the territory. Unfortunately the pool was still not open and the beach is very dirty. But we still loved our time there. We rented jet skis and a pontoon while there. The bed was amazing! You don't normally get a real comfortable bed!

I grew up in beautiful Traverse City and my absolute favorite place to be is on the water thats why when we had the opportunity to purchase this condo we jumped on it. Breathtaking views of beautiful East Bay!! When I am not on the water I am at home taking care of my two children, 7 chickens and giant garden. I have been happily married for 10 years to an amazing man who supports my VRBO endeavor. I love everything local and and am very familiar with the area so please feel free to ask me any questions!!

You will not regret booking this condo!! It is perfect for a family stay with a dishwasher, full size fridge and washer and dryer but also amazing for a romantic retreat with the view of the bay and wildlife all around. This unit is butted directly against a nature preserve with beautiful undisturbed trails that lead you to private little beaches that even few locals are aware of. There is a bald eagle nest very near by and we often see him flying over head.
