Perfect getaway house

We stayed with my my family of 4, parents and sister- 7 of us total. Perfect house! Very clean! Loved the pool and the different platforms! Close to the beach and all the things the island has to offer. Would definitely stay at again!

Great house and location

Our recent stay at the Holmes Beach house was nothing short of fantastic! This spacious property, featuring four bedrooms and three baths, was perfect for our family getaway. The layout was both cozy and accommodating, making it feel like a true home away from home.One of the highlights of the house was the stunning pool area. The pool was not only large but also came with a pool bar and a TV setup, which made for unforgettable evenings spent relaxing and enjoying each other's company. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach.The location was another major plus. Nestled in a great area, we were just a short walk from the beautiful beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and surf. The neighborhood was peaceful yet conveniently close to local shops and restaurants.Overall, this house is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a memorable family vacation. We can’t wait to return!

Easter week vacation

Very spacious, well maintained property. Quiet neighborhood close to Holmes beach restaurants and amenities. Loved the privacy of the pool area. Great for families with walking distance to the beach, plenty of pool toys and beach towels. Would highly recommend. (Would recommend replacing the dishwasher and the tile floors were sandy when we arrived.)

Great stay in Anna Marie

Great rental in heart of Anna Marie area. The overall property was as described and pictured. Had a few things not working when we arrived but the service repair was quick on those items. Had two aging outdoor beach recliners by the pool but those were being replaced on the day we checked out otherwise no issues. Weather, beach and this type of rental is exactly why we came down there.

Great home

Very well equipped home for four adults. Location was great, amenities were great. My only complaint was the pool was constantly full of pollen/debris from the overgrown trees in the backyard. Pool guy came twice but was unable to keep the pool clean in between visits. It kept clogging up the waterfall there was so much debris and pollen. Property management was very timely in responding to issues with the thermostat. The master bedroom stayed warmer than the rest of the house and the thermostat kept raising the temperature thinking the house was not occupied. Would stay here again.

Great location

We love AMI and the location of the house is great. Close to the beach and to many fun shops and restaurants. We loved that everything was on one floor. The patio and pool are wonderful. This property could be amazing, if a few things were taken care of. The room with the bunk beds had a light out and was just really dark. There was no remote for the TV. One side of the patio door wouldn’t lock. The grill didn’t work, and even if it had it was disgusting and there is no way I would have cooked food on it. The string of lights around the sitting area on the patio didn’t work so that was very dark at night. I’m also not sure how well the house was cleaned before we arrived because we found clothes in the drawers in two of the bedrooms. The garage was a disaster with garbage thrown everywhere which made it difficult to even find beach stuff to use. The beach cart and bikes were not in very good shape. We ended up just renting some stuff for the week. Communication was good at first, but we were pretty much ignored after complaining about the grill. Our code for the front door didn’t work after a couple days but nobody would call back to help with that. Overall it is a nice place but there are definitely things that need to be addressed.

Beautiful house but could use some fine tuning

Before I share my likes and dislikes of this home I just wanted to say this is a beautiful home with a fantastic pool layout with cabana. My wife and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary here with our 6 month old baby. For the price that we paid, it should have been perfect and we should not have been watching for the owner to walk in on us for our entire stay. With that said here are our dislikes and likes... Conch House Dislikes: The owner showed up the afternoon after our arrival “to plant a tree” in the yard but decided to knock, enter the key code and possibly step inside after opening the door while we were in the bedroom. I’m not sure if the large dog blanket discouraged him from continuing into the home but whatever made him to decide to close the door and go plant the tree with his sister, potentially saved his life. He seemed like a nice guy under different circumstances. But due to this violation of what we thought was our pretend private home, we were paranoid that he would be back to plant something else. For $500+ a night: the coffee top was missing on the coffee pot but I found a new pot in a box under the counter, the waterfall for the pool was not on and did not come with instructions on how to turn it on (I was told we could call the owner but I didn’t really want him coming back), the pool and spa directions were not great and could be spelled out better with details to the buttons, frying pan so old that I would rather cook my meal on the pavement and lick it off the ground instead, the A/C stops at 70 and master bedroom heats up as sun comes up. Pool is heated but "automated" so hopefully you are a northerner and used to colder waters. There were speakers in the cabana area but no directions on how to use them. When the pool gets dirty after a day or so, it doesn't self clean. On the day of check out, the cleaning lady sat in the driveway waiting for us to leave 30 minutes before check out. She was nice but again a little uncomfortable with the pressure. Likes: Backyard and house were beautiful, garage had wagon and beach stuff, bicycles and rafts. The house is walking distance from the beach a short drive to the restaurants.

Comfortable house

Great house in fabulous location. 1.5 blocks to beach and a short drive to restaurants. The pool was very private and spacious. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well appointed. We enjoyed the outdoor TV bar area. Spacious for our party of 8. Highly recommend.

Family of 8 Vacation

As a family, we did enjoy our stay at Conch Out Beach House. We enjoyed everyone being in one place. The negatives though are, for the price we paid to stay here, we were disappointed in the cleanliness of the house & the run down appearance of the home. The cabinets are in need of repair. Both in the kitchen & the bathrooms. We had mold in the master bath shower, the ice maker in the refrigerator did not work, the washer was not the best at cleaning clothes, the floors needed mopping & the outside area around the pool could be updated. It is a nice enough house, but definitely needs some TLC!!!

Beautiful house

Amazing house with everything that we wanted. Very clean with lots of room for everyone to enjoy. Bunk beds and heated pool was the biggest hit for the kids. Super close to the beach and walking distant to many shops and restaurants. Will definitely come back....

Family fun!

The home was beautiful and very clean! We had everything we needed for the week! The backyard was a big hit with the pool and covered sitting area! Great location close to the beach, shops and dining. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic spot!

We absolutely loved this spot for our family vacation! The location is perfect and the house feels like new. We loved the one level for all of the littles. The outdoor space is amazing and we pretty much lived in the cabana (smart TV for the win!)...adults in the pool and kids watching movies during lunch! we loved the set up so much!! The rental company was amazing to work with and met all of our expectations. Highly recommend and will return!!

Walking distance to beach

Overall house was very comfortable and we loved the close distance to beach. Pool was nice but the palm trees were so close to water that debris kept the pool from being completely clean. Beds were comfy and the master shower was great. We had tons of fun and would definitely be back.

Perfect for Families

Great location...only a few blocks from the beach. Heated pool and spa, a lot of beach toys, inflatables, games, and other amenities that made this family vacation memorable. Great service and quick responses to any questions or concerns.

Great Propery!

This house is beautiful. Our family enjoyed our stay here. The house is great. The 2 bedrooms with attached baths were a great asset. The floor plan of the home was perfect for our family. The outside was also wonderful with nice landscaping and a superb pool. The only problem was the the heater of the spa wasn’t working but they had someone come look at it, unfortunately with no success. This was too bad as having a warm place to relax in the pool was one of our top priorities for our trip and having a day spa was one of the primary reasons we picked this property. Otherwise everything was perfect and we greatly enjoyed our stay.

A wonderful vacation

My husband, two sons and I stayed here for six days during late July and really enjoyed it. The house was large enough that we each had our own, private space, but also had large enough common areas that we could eat together, play games together, and watch movies together. The house was beautifully decorated, well-stocked with supplies, and immaculately clean. The walk to the beach was very manageable, even carrying beach supplies, and the neighborhood was mostly very quiet. A minor drawback was that I thought the small spa part of the pool was a hot tub, but that was my fault for not reading the description carefully, and the fact that the water wasn't hot didn't really detract from our enjoyment. We really appreciated having so many beach towels, pool toys, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and wagon for toting supplies on hand. It was a short drive to some quaint shopping and really good restaurants. My whole family agreed that we would like to stay at this property again.
