Lovely property with separate private lakefront to Silver Lake + huge backyard.

We fell in love with this lovely Pure Michigan property with separate private access to Silver Lakes. It is our happy place. This summer home gives out a vibe of a chill and homey Michigan cottage. The house boasts of a large 1700 sq ft of living space and only 2 houses away from the lakefront. There is a large deck that we enjoy our meals "al fresca". There are string lights and candles that makes dinner and wine just so perfect. There is a front yard sitting area, as well as (2) separate fire pit for a large group to enjoy. One in the backyard and one by the lakefront to enjoy the sunset. There is no rental in the area that can offer the best of both world to have private access to Silver Lakes and for a group to enjoy a huge northern woods backyard. In the backyard, there is enough room to set-up nets for Volleyball, badminton, and pickleball. There is a living room and a family room if you need to have a separate play area for the kids. The dining table can accommodate 8. One of my other favorite feature of the house is the outdoor shower with hot water. Nothing like watching the dense stars above when you are showering. Our property includes a separate lakefront that has a large gazebo, fire pit, seating area and dock where you can swim in Silver Lake, launch kayak , paddleboard or other water equipment. This is a short 2 minute walk and is only for your private use. The Silver Lake State Park is a short 10 minute walk. This is an option for a beach and playground. The Little Sable Point Lighthouse is a short drive for a tour of the lighthouse or a day at the Lake Michigan beach. We have four (4) Bedrooms with queen bed per bedroom. It is advertised as sleeps 10 using a queen air mattress in the family room. Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.
