This home is an ideal vacation getaway where you can relax by the pool, walk to the beach (approximately 15 minutes) or visit any of the the restaurants and shops along Atlantic Ave.

The townhouse comfortably sleeps 6 and has 1 master bedroom with a full bath plus 2 guest rooms that share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Property also has a washer/dryer in the unit, a gas fire pit and gas grill on the back patio and a widow's watch with beautiful views of the city of Delray Beach.

Prime location, awesome stay!

Jane was seamless with communication from beginning to end. Location was easily walkable to downtown Atlantic Ave in a safe neighborhood in the Marina district. We loved all the details of the two floor townhome and cleanliness. Would definitely stay again with my family! Thank you for a great vacation!!

Perfect home. Perfect location.

Jane the owner quickly responded to questions. The home is absolutely gorgeous (nicer than the photos on the listing). Equipped with everything you would need and then some to enjoy your stay. The location is perfect just 1 1/2 blocks from Atlantic Ave and about a 10 min walk to the beach. The complex is like an oasis...very quiet and secluded with friendly neighbor's and yet you are a short walk to where all the action is. I hope to be returning next year. Loved the place. Love Delray Beach!!!

Quite oasis near all the action

Great locale, surprisingly quite ,given its close proximity to Atlantic Ave. Walk to the beach is easy ,walk to everything. Easy living and very well appointed kitchen and amenities. Congrats to owners, we will use property again.
