This property was extremely clean, comfortable and in the perfect location to explore Horse and Bourbon Country. Our host, Albert, was close by in case we had any questions or problems. Would definitely rent this wonderful place again.
Second trip to Versailles but first time at this location. Will definitely book again! Super clean. My back thanks the excellent mattress. Great lighting in the bathroom. Location was central to our bourbon tours. Owner was lovely and very communicative. Highly recommend!!
All was good. However, the bathroom could use some sprucing up. Vents in all the rooms could use a good dusting. Otherwise, all was good and the host was very accommodating

Thank you for letting me know about the vents being dusty.
They were all taken down and washed.
Not sure what to say about the bathroom.
It has a new tub/shower and the shower is nicely tiled to the ceiling.
The floor is tile.
That leaves the vanity which is basic but nice.
If anyone has suggestions on how to make the bathroom nicer I would appreciate to hear the suggestions.
We want your stay to be great every time, so that you return and stay with us again.
We had a great stay. The apartment was very spacious, especially the living room, which had a fantastic view of downtown Versailles. The kitchen was very well stocked. The street noise was definitely not a problem, it died mostly down by 6 PM anyway. We would definitely stay there again, and most likely will as we now have in-laws in Versailles.
This is an amazing apartment in an awesome little town! Would recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere in the area and will definitely be back. Albert made the stay personable and thought of many things that often left out by other hosts.
We had a wonderful time here! The apartment was in a great central location. The bathroom shower and toilet had to be wiped down before we used them, but everything else was fantastic. The decorating is beautiful!!
Everything was great. Really liked this place. It was clean, communication with the owners was excellent, great check-in and check-out process, and great location. It was exactly what we were looking for!
This was our second time staying at this property. Everything went as smooth as the first time host is amazing has great. Communication property is an excellent location.
The apartment is beautifully decorated, spacious and clean. I especially loved all of the custom fabrics and designs throughout the space. Highly recommend!
Alex and Albert Mason live in downtown Versailles and restored building at 160 S. Main in 2018. Alex's business is located on the ground floor, Ferrick Mason Inc. Ferrick Mason is an Artisan Textile and Wallpaper company that sells mainly to the Trade. Alex is an artist who designs all of the patterns for Ferrick Mason. These designs are the inspiration for their High Style Apartment on the Bourbon Trail.
Why they chose this property
Alex grew up in Lexington but lived away for 26 years when she left for college. For 12 of those years Alex and Albert lived in Los Angeles.
