The unit has direct gulf front water views from the living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom. Intercostal views are enjoyed from the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Enjoy the sound of the waves while relaxing on the 500 sq ft wrap around balcony that encompases gulf front views as well as intercostal views. After a day at the beach relax and unwind in the oversized master shower that has double shower heads and a bench for sitting. The building has a gulf front heated pool and spa, two elevators and this unit has assigned covered parking. Perfect white sandy beach location that offers dozens of restaurants and shopping just a short walk away.
