This condo was in a great location, right across from the beach public access and close to John's Pass for meals/shopping. It also had beach chairs/umbrella/wagon, towels, everything we needed for a beach day. Jeff was very responsive and the condo was clean. We would stay here again!

Great stay! Clean, comfortable, well appointed in a great location. Very close to beach access. Nice view of intercostal from the patio. 15 minute walk to John’s Pass. 2 minute walk to Candy Kitchen. Owners quick to answer questions. Plenty of beach gear, wagon, umbrellas and a cooler. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Great Family Getaway

This unit is newly and tastefully redone and well thought out. All furnishings, appliances, electronics, and mattresses are new and good quality. The owner has all the essentials provided, not just for staying, but to enjoy the beach. This was comfortable in size for our family of four. The building itself is on the smaller size so it was quiet. It is located in a convenient location for the beach, shopping, and restaurants. We look forward to going back!

Great experience! We had some hiccups trying to get to Florida but Jeff was more than accommodating and understanding. 10/10 - very clean and ready for us. Communication was fantastic both before our trip and when we finally arrived. We’re already wanting to plan our trip back! One downside - the pool heater seemed to not be working but that is no fault of Jeff (host). The pool cleaner said that the maintenance person ‘does what he wants,’ but to be honest the weather wasn’t quite warm enough to want to swim much. 2 minute walk to the beach. Restaurant downstairs was delicious for both breakfast and lunch. Parking was easy but did fill up about midday to the evening.

The condo is in an ideal location! We enjoyed coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise. The beach is right across the street. Restaurants, John's Pass and are within walking distance. Jeff has quick to respond to my questions and had great tips for our stay!

This condo was immaculate! I am pretty picky, and I can say it was fantastic. I can’t think of a thing you would look for that wasn’t supplied! Everything from extra bedding, spices, fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, beach toys, games, even things for little ones! The pool was sparkling clean along with easy beach access just across the street. This unit has a great water view of a waterway where Church BY the Sea is located. Check in and out was quick and easy. Communication with Jeff, the host, was great! Oh, and The Candy Kitchen, just a few doors down, has great ice cream!
