Beautiful condo!

Loved staying here. It’s so spacious, decorated beautifully and has everything you need for a beach vacation with a great view. Communication with owner is top notch. Beds super comfortable, 2 big bathrooms, good size bedrooms and a fully stocked kitchen. Full size laundry room is a nice bonus. Owner has a variety of beach equipment they allow you to use to make the most of the beach days. Already planning our week here for next year.

Las Brisas

This was a perfect spot! Extremely clean, beds were comfortable, kids loved it. Waking up to a beautiful waterfront view every morning was spectacular and is very missed. We were lucky enough to see dolphins almost daily swimming by us. Walking distance to everything including John’s Pass. Will definitely be back!!!

Wonderful Vacation at Las Brisas!

Our stay, of three adults, had a wonderful time at Las Brisas. The condo is spacious, has many kitchen items and utensils, and is in a perfect location. Spending time on the balcony and the beach were our two favorite places. Working with Sam, the owner, during check-in and check-out went smoothy, and I appreciated the prompt responses I received. The condo has two full-sized bathrooms and three roomy bedrooms. The king-sized bed in the master suite was super-comfortable for sleeping in, after a long day on the beach. This condo also has a large variety of beach toys and chairs. Overall, this is an excellent place to spend a relaxing vacation on Madeira Beach, and we cannot wait to return!

Girl's bday weekend

Over all we hate a great time. Location is great. Awesome little bar across the street the Reef was very accommodating to the minor parking issue we had. Otherwise amazing weekend .

Our meeting with hurricane Idiilia

Unfortunately on arrival to this beautiful condo on the beach at Madeira Beach we were under mandatory evacuation and had to leave before unpacking our bags. The condo was beautiful and although it was dark we could see the gorgeous beach and knew it would be stunning especially at sunset. Everything was perfect with the condo but the weather had other plans. Our host was amazing and directed us to where we should head to for safety. The communication with her was consistent and supportive to our situation and I wouldn’t hesitate to book this condo again in the future.

Perfection

Our family stayed May 6-13. Absolutely beautiful condo right on the beach. Amazing restaurants right across the street and some shops well within walking distance. Sam could not have been a better hostess. We arrived early and she allowed us to check in early due to the cleaning crew being done. Kitchen is well supplied with everything you can possibly need. Tons of beach chairs and coolers etc made it so easy to relax right under your balcony. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone

Nice beach condo for 6

Nice location on Madeira Beach. Owner is terrific to deal with and very responsive to all questions. While the building is a little dated, the condo itself is well appointed and very comfortable for a group of 6. Nice balcony facing the beach, lots of beach accessories, well furnished, clean and nice atmosphere overall.

Great beach location

The property was as described and in a terrific location. Just a few minute walk to Winn-Dixie and many restaurants. Had a slight disconnect on the check in instructions, but was quickly resolved with good communication from the owner. Thanks for sharing yourwonderful property!!

Great place

This is a wonderful place to stay, it has everything you need, and it’s right on the beach. The condo was very spacious for the 5 of us (adults) we never felt like we were on top of each other.. We loved the bar/restaurant across the street “The Reef” Highly recommend…we’re looking forward to going back again this year.

Wonderful Time

We rented with family to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday with family in sunshine and sand. The condo was very nice with a full kitchen and use of the washer and dryer. The owner was very responsive and a great communicator providing us with all kinds of information and answered all of our questions. This place is in a great location and we pretty much walked everywhere. Would definitely stay here again!

It was an amazing condo! RIGHT on the beach!

We enjoyed four stay! Close to the beach and great surrounding places to eat and shop. The condo has everything you need to have a day at the beach, from chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach toys, towels and tons of floaties. The owner kept in contact and always fast to respond. Highly recommend!

Perfect sister’s trip with amazing sunsets!

Very beautiful oceanfront property footsteps to the beach! Condo was decorated with very stylish beach decor throughout. Updated kitchen and appliances, along with well supplied kitchen equipment. The layout was so nice, two of the bedrooms had attached bathrooms that had a second door access through the hallway, very convenient! The sunsets on the beach were amazing every night and we got to see dolphins from our balcony regularly! Great neighborhood with several bars and restaurants directly across the street and even more options very short walk. Such a great trip!!

Amazing Family Trip

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Everything about this condo was great and we look forward to staying again! There are plenty of linens, beach toys and more than enough kitchen supplies in the condo for a wonderful, easy stay. The location was amazing - right on the beach (dolphin watching every morning) and very close to great restaurants and John’s Pass. Host communication exceeded all expectations. Everything was even better than pictured and the kids already can’t wait to stay again!

Red Tide Regret

The unit was wonderful and was reflective of the listing. The views were beautiful; however, the red tide in the area really put a damper on our oceanfront vacation. We had no idea we would feel the effects so greatly. There were hundreds of dead fish and eels on the shore which kept us from swimming in the ocean and spending time on the beach and balcony due to the stench of the rotting fish. Also, we were looking forward to watching the ocean animals, such as dolphins, but the red tide caused them to not be in the area. I would highly recommend looking into the status of the red tide before reserving this property. We reserved an ocean front property and did not get to enjoy the benefits of it but still paid the full amount. Sam was understanding and did allow us to use their equipment when we had to drive to a different beach, which was much appreciated. The condominium as a whole is lacking in some areas. Someone parked in our one reserved spot. When we called the manager to resolve this issue, they seemed annoyed that we called. We had to take care of the situation ourselves by confronting the individuals, which I felt fell under the condominium manager’s job description. They did notify Sam we had an issue and she did check in on us to make sure the situation was resolved. In addition, the elevator was unreliable and another family was stuck on the elevator. The fireman that responded to the call said it was a frequent, unresolved issue at Las Brisas. We also spent a lot of time at the pool which worked out except for the days other guests blared inappropriate music for our children and ignored the pool rules of No Smoking as they vaped and smoked. This made for a non-family friendly environment. Overall, the unit is wonderful and the only regret we had was due to the red tide. If this wasn’t an issue, we would consider staying again.
