Massive, well-equipped game room and backyard in the heart of Fredericksburg!

Fernweh Haus is a beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bath home that can sleep up to 8 comfortably. This home includes fully equipped chef's kitchen, large detached game room, gas fire pit, screened in porch for alfresco dining and expansive backyard. There is a brand new, very comfortable sofa sleeper in the living room.

Perfect for group getaways or family vacations. Located just a few blocks from Main Street.

A 7% City of Fredericksburg hotel tax is included in the nightly rate.

- Remodeled in October 2019, everything is brand new!
- Convenient Fredericksburg location - 7 blocks to Main Street, 10 minutes from Boot Ranch, 30 minutes to Enchanted Rock, or just tour the Texas Hill Country!
- Nearest Commercial Airport: Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, 3600 Presidential Blvd, Austin, TX 78719 (83 miles away)
- External security cameras that record video and audio are located at the front door, near the firepit and the back patio/BBQ. Additionally there is a motion detector/sound level sensor in the game room.

HOUSE RULES

- No smoking
- Pet free home. Owner's are allergic.
- Guests are responsible for any costs associated with unclogging sewer due to items besides toilet paper being flushed.
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Additional fees and taxes may apply
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- One night stays considered upon request

Quiet after 10PM. Visitors/unregistered guests are prohibited without prior approval. Guests will be responsible for any noise violations fees.
Guests are responsible for plumbing costs due to items besides toilet paper being flushed. $100 cleaning fee added for glitter/confetti/etc, clean up

Great place to stay in Fredericksburg! Quick trip by car or a ride share to Main St. The property is very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Owners are very responsive. We would stay here again.

This was a perfect stay. The house was well done with lots of space for a family with adult children. Kitchen is well equipped. Very close to Main Street but we had done a 7 mile hike at Enchanted Rock the day before so we drove and parked. Comfortable and inviting furniture for lounging. We could not be happier

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed for a fun and comfortable trip. We especially loved the outdoor space and game area it’s perfect for entertaining and relaxing. The host’s communication was fast and responsive, which made everything super easy. The house was perfect location far enough from the main street that you don't get alot of traffic but close enough if you want to go you can get there quickly.I love the outdoor entertainment area and the whole house was spacious that none of us felt like we were crowded. Would love to stay here again!

Beautiful property. Tv didn’t work then the owner Tim showed up and fixed it really quick. Clean and perfect. But I was a little upset that a claim was filed for a pillow missing. No one took a pillow. Maybe it was missing before or misplaced. A little disappointed. Over a 5 pillow

My family and I absolutely loved our stay! The location was ideal, and we were thrilled to spot two small deer gracefully grazing in the front yard in the evening-it was a nice surprise. The house was immaculate, equipped with everything we needed to cook from home. Tim and Randee were very responsive, ensuring we had all the information we required for a seamless check-in and check out experience. We couldn’t have asked for a more delightful getaway!

This property had everything we needed. Lots of towels, extra blankets, kitchen with all amenities, coffee, creamer, great game room. It was cute and clean and perfect for our family which included a 2 and 3 year old.

Girl’s weekend!

This was the perfect house for a girl’s weekend in Fredericksburg! We enjoyed the house and the backyard fire pit! The screened in porch was fantastic on the cool nights we were there. Would definitely come back to stay again!

Couples Weekend Getaway

The house was more beautiful than the pictures. In a great quiet neighborhood. Loved waking up and having coffee on the screened in porch, listening to the birds. Sitting around the fire pit visiting. The time at the house was as much fun as the shopping!

Beautiful Home

We were here over the Labor Day Weekend, and our stay was absolutely amazing. This home is beautiful and very clean. It’s also is a good neighborhood and close to downtown. We will definitely stay here again.
