To ensure the long-term comfort of our guests, the Waikiki Grand Hotel will be undergoing vital plumbing improvements from mid-July through late December 2026, Mondayā€“Friday, 8:00 AMā€“5:00 PM. With no work on Weekends, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, or Christmas Day. Daytime noise and activity should be expected.
ā— Please note that our rates have already been significantly discounted for this period, and no additional discounts before, during or after will be given. If youā€™re planning to spend your daytime relaxing inside the hotel, we recommend checking dates outside this window to ensure you have the best experience possible.

Our stay at the Waikiki Grand Hotel was amazing! The room was clean, the host were always responsive, and being a half a block from the beach was amazing.
View of Diamond Head from 10th floor balcony! We loved having our morning coffee while having this spectacular view!

The room was good, loved the views, the location is close to the beach, across the street from the Honolulu Zoo and right on the bus route. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The only negative was the black mold in the bathroom and the wobbly sink faucet. Also the stools were wobbly and unsafe to sit on. Nothing that a little upkeep couldn't fix.

It IS the perfect location

Nice location, parking not greatest for 35 a day.

Good lodging for the price in dowtown Honolulu. However you realy dont need a car in that area, because you can't find parking anywhere. Enjoyed the location walking distance to most needed stores.

Great place to stay and great location. Just a couple blocks from the beach and right across the street from the zoo. The bar on the 2nd floor was a lot of fun. The room was clean and well stocked and comfortable. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting an affordable, comfortable, clean place to stay.

Check in process was seamless. Mark was an amazing person as well. Unfortunately the room had plenty of water damage and was definitely dated. The sheets were itchy, we were told after three days we could have new sheets delivered and when new ones requested we were told to use the community washer and dryer. We checked out after two nights and paid for the rest of our stay at the Hilton.
