The Space:
Morning light filters through open windows as the breeze moves gently across your private lanai. From the 24th floor, mountain, canal, and golf course views stretch beyond the city below, offering a peaceful perspective above Waikiki’s vibrant streets. Beaches, dining, and shopping are all within easy reach, yet your space feels comfortably tucked away.
Living space
The open living area invites you to unwind after a day out. Settle into the sectional sleeper sofa and stream or watch cable on the 44-inch HDTV, or connect with both Wifi and Ethernet. A window AC unit and ceiling fan help keep the space comfortable year-round.
Sleeping arrangements
This one-bedroom layout sleeps four. The bedroom is separated by a sliding panel door and includes one queen bed and one full bed, along with closet and dresser storage. Extra pillows and blankets are provided. The living area features a sectional sleeper sofa for additional flexibility.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals at your own pace, with full-size appliances, cooking basics, and a dining table for four. Whether it’s a simple breakfast before the beach or a relaxed dinner in, everything you need is close at hand.
Bathroom & laundry
The bathroom includes a bathtub with shower and bathroom essentials. Paid washer and dryer facilities are available in the building for added convenience during longer stays.
Outdoor living & amenities
Step onto the private patio or balcony to enjoy elevated views and outdoor seating. Beach essentials make shoreline days easy. The building offers a shared heated pool, shared hot tub, shared sauna, shared BBQ grill, outdoor playground, elevator access, and free parking garage on premises for one vehicle. Please note - the pool and hot tub are under renovation until May 2026. An EV charger is also available on-site. The unit is single level with no stairs inside.

The recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan is currently undergoing a complete transformation and is scheduled to officially reopen on May 15, 2026.
Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:
• A large heated swimming pool
• Three brand-new hot tubs
• A brand-new sauna
• All new loungers and daybeds
• Modern barbecue and grill stations with seating
• A children’s playground
• A full tennis and play court
Everything on the deck will be new, beautifully designed, and ideal for families, couples, and longer stays.

The recreation deck and its amenities are not accessible prior to May 15, 2026. Some daytime construction activity may be present. Rates have already been adjusted accordingly.
