Shipyard: 271 Evian Island Villa-Relaxing Setting Weekly Rates Discounted

This is a 2 Bedroom second floor unit with cathedral ceilings. New luxury vinyl flooring installed through out condo. Remodeled master and guest bathroom with new tile showers, floor, glass doors, plumbing and cabinets. The unit is situated in a more quiet setting overlooking the lagoon, golf course and wooded areas with wildlife and alligator viewing. The condo was upgraded with new wireless high speed internet connection and HD TV, which is free of charge.

The master bedroom has a king size bed (new mattress 2023) , ceiling fan, walk in closet, TV and new composite decking overlooks the lake/golf course. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, large closet, rollaway bed, TV and ceiling fan.

The family room has a HDTV ,ceiling fan, a new queen sofa bed and lazyboy chair, fireplace, and wet bar. A laundry room includes a washer and dryer. The 2 bathrooms are full baths with tub and shower.

There is a deck that overlooks the golf course and lake to relax and watch the birds, turtles and alligators and enjoy the outdoors. New adirondack chairs and grill.

A pool and tennis courts (lighted) are located just up the street from our unit (1,000 ft.). A large lake and gazebo is next to the pool area. Bike and walking paths are located throughout Hilton Head/Shipyard.

Note: Alligator viewing is a special attraction, but do not feed them or get close to them.

The beach is approximately 3 blocks away and short bike ride, walk or you can drive (2 minutes) to the Shipyard private beach area.

The condo is register with the Town of Hilton Head with a business license No. 14253 issued 3/24/26 and a short-term rental permit No. 5310 STR

Very nice overall experience. Check-in was simple and all instructions were clear. Shipyard Plantation is confusing but once we figured roads out we were OK. A very nice place and a beautiful area.

Very nice location in Evian, Shipyard plantation. Walk to the beach, tennis/pickleball and pool. Nice view of golf course and some wildlife as well. Home was clean, easy check-in, and communication with owner was easy. I would absolutely stay here again!

Overall a really nice place. There recliner has seen better days. I will say I do not recommend if you have kids. The residents that live below complained that we were to loud and all we were doing was sitting around the table playing a board game and at one point my autistic son skipped across the floor. We felt like we had to walk on egg shells to keep from being ask to leave. We are anything but noisy. I don’t like to complain because we are very thankful for the owners to allow us to stay but if the Lovely neighbors below over the sound of feet above them than it should be known before hand that you are required to be quiet as a mouse or they will complain. After I received the text message from the owner it really ruined the rest of our stay. We visit Hilton Head every year since 2012 and have never received a noise complaint. We will never stay at this location again.

Very nice

Great , clean , owner was absolutely great , had everything we needed enjoyed the porch , had visitors almost every morning with deer, ever had a owl visit one evening which i got to turn around and take a fantastic photo of. Definitely recommend!! All photos are from the porch upstairs !

We stayed here for 3 days before our "official" week at Hilton Head. The unit was great. We liked the location in the middle of the Shipyard Plantation. The unit was very nicely decorated, comfortable, and very clean. We didn't do a lot of meal prep, but the kitchen seemed well stocked with cooking utensils. It might be nice to have a map of Evian - we kept getting lost in the neighborhood!

Nice Unit in Shipyard

Property was very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, with a short walk to the pool and easy bike ride to the beach. This property had the prettiest view from the balcony that we have ever had. It has been updated nicely and the kitchen is one you can actually cook in (if you want to). The furniture (beds, couch, recliners) is all comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Property very clean and spacious. 15 minute walk to beach, but we rented bikes and there was parking so access was never an issue. Evian pool is kind of small for the number of condos so it was crowded most of the afternoons. Tennis courts were close and convenient. Overall we really enjoyed our week here. Would definitely stay again.

Our family is from Northern Kentucky, just south of Cincinnati, Ohio. Our family of four have been coming to Hilton Head since the mid-1980s. We love the weather, beach, pool and biking/walking in Shipyard or on the beach.

Why they chose this property

Evian is a private community, low density and very relaxing. Our villa overlooks a lake and the 9th hole of the Shipyard Golf Course. The side yard has nice trees and landscaping and wildlife viewing is great from our deck.

What makes this property unique

Very clean and keep property updated. View and open area in our side yard is unique to this property in Evian. Very relaxing just sitting on the deck and watching the wildlife.
