Island Villa: Beach-Golf-Tennis-Pool in ambiente rilassante Tariffe settimanali scontate

Nuovi pavimenti in vinile di lusso installati attraverso il nostro condominio settembre 2017. Questa villa è stata rinnovata nel 2015 tra cui pittura, nuovi elettrodomestici. Master ristrutturato e bagno per gli ospiti con nuove docce a piastrelle, pavimento, porte in vetro, impianto idraulico e armadi 2018. L'unità è situata in un ambiente più tranquillo con vista sulla laguna, sul campo da golf e sulle aree boschive con osservazione della fauna selvatica e dell'alligatore. Il condominio è stato aggiornato con una nuova connessione internet wireless ad alta velocità e TV HD, che è gratuito.

La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size, ventilatore a soffitto, cabina armadio, TV e DVD e si affaccia sul lago / campo da golf. La camera degli ospiti ha 2 letti singoli, ampio armadio, letto a scomparsa, TV, videoregistratore e ventilatore a soffitto.

La camera familiare dispone di un DVD HDTV, di un ventilatore a soffitto, di un divano letto matrimoniale, di una sedia pigro, di un camino e di un mobile bar. Una lavanderia comprende una lavatrice e asciugatrice. I 2 bagni sono bagni completi con vasca e doccia.

C'è un ponte che si affaccia sul campo da golf e sul lago per rilassarsi e guardare gli uccelli, le tartarughe e gli alligatori e godersi la vita all'aria aperta. Nuove sedie e grill adirondack.

Una piscina privata e campi da tennis (illuminati) si trovano proprio sulla strada dalla nostra unità (1.000 piedi). Un grande lago e gazebo si trova accanto alla piscina ed è anche disponibile per la pesca. I percorsi ciclabili e pedonali si trovano in tutto l'Hilton Head / Shipyard.

Nota: la visione dell'alligatore è un'attrazione speciale, ma non dar loro da mangiare o avvicinarti.

La spiaggia è a circa 3 isolati di distanza e in bicicletta breve, a piedi o si può guidare alla spiaggia privata del cantiere.

Nice Unit in Shipyard

Property was very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, with a short walk to the pool and easy bike ride to the beach. This property had the prettiest view from the balcony that we have ever had. It has been updated nicely and the kitchen is one you can actually cook in (if you want to). The furniture (beds, couch, recliners) is all comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This villa is absolutely beautiful and in a quiet location within Evian. It had everything we needed and was extremely clean. Communication from the host was excellent.

Property very clean and spacious. 15 minute walk to beach, but we rented bikes and there was parking so access was never an issue. Evian pool is kind of small for the number of condos so it was crowded most of the afternoons. Tennis courts were close and convenient. Overall we really enjoyed our week here. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely Villa in a Great Location

We rented this airy villa for March and April, 2023. The location in Evian is our favorite on Hilton Head. Set in a serene setting amidst a sub-tropical forest and along a golf hole with a beautiful lagoon, this villa creates the feeling of staying in a nature preserve. The unit itself was immaculate, well-equiped and partially renovated. It was an easy walk to the beach and the restaurants in Wexford plaza. The owner was very helpful and communicated well.

Beautiful Condo on HHI

We loved our stay here! The condo was well equipped and had everything we needed! We enjoyed having breakfast every morning overlooking the beautiful view of the golf course! If I were to offer any suggestions at all… the bed in the master bedroom could use a bit of an upgrade. It is not by any means awful, but when on vacation you always look for a nice comfy bed to end your busy day! Thank you so much Dennis! We would definitely love to stay with you again!

Quiet Stay in Shipyard

We have been visiting the island for years, but this is the first time staying in this area of Shipyard. The location was tucked away, quiet, and offered ample indoor and outdoor space to make the experience enjoyable. We really enjoyed the updated bathrooms and the deck with the views of the 9th hole and the lagoon. We didn't use many of the other spaces, but we have become accustomed to staying in villas when we visit the island, so it's always nice to feel like you're staying in a home. Everything was very comfortable and the check-in process was a breeze.

Great place to stay in Hilton Head

We loved the location and size of this Shipyard condo. It was a townhouse with stairs right when you come in to a one story upstairs villa. It has a lot of space and a nice view of the lagoon and golf course. There is a pool for the community close by and it is a 15 - 20 minute walk to the beach, but they give you a parking pass to park at the beach by the Sonesta hotel. We rented bikes and brought a few of our own so it was a quick 5 - 10 minute bike ride also to the beach. There are tennis courts to use for free also. It was extremely hot when we played so I would suggest doing that first thing in the morning if you stay in the summer. The only thing I would say to improve would be the bed in the master bedroom is not that comfortable. Maybe a new mattress would help.

Major disappointment!!!

The balcony and furniture were filthy, the floor was rotted and creaky with nails coming up, the balcony electric grill was filthy with meat residue and grease, the VRBO pictures didn't meet the actual setup, the balcony table had one side rusted through, limited window curtain privacy, the canopy was covered with black mold, the dryer was defective, the balcony rails were slimy and rusting. the fridge ice maker outlet was dirty and not useable, the window screen in the kitchen did not effectively close, the microwave light over the stove does not work. I sent pictures of these deficiencies to the owner in support of my complaints. We left 5 days prior to our 28 days. He acknowledged my issues, he said he would consider some compensation. I have heard nothing yet.

Evian / HHI

This was a great stay. We always try to stay in Shipyard, we weren't sure of when we could put a schedule together this Summer, wasn't last minute, but wasn't a lot of notice, picked this unit out, it was a good choice. No real complaints here, people can always nit pick this and that. Easy to book, price was fair and didn't change, check in/out was a breeze, great location. Would come back without hesitation.

comfy large villa with great view

We enjoyed our 2 week stay very much. The villa had plenty of room, good natural light, excellent view of the lagoon and golf course. We were serenaded by frogs at night. Loved the Evian location. Had fun renting bikes and riding after 7pm on the golf courses in Shipyard. The livingroom had comfortable furniture, the diningroom can seat 6, the kitchen was spacious and had things like salt and pepper, tinfoil and plastic wrap that all the other villas never have. We did not cook but there were plenty of pots, pans and utensils. Both bathrooms were updated and we loved the master shower. The LVP flooring in the villa was easy to clean up. The washer dryer worked well. The AC worked great. A few items need to be addressed, the dining set needs to be repaired, some of the chairs were wobbly, the finish on the dining table needs a refinishing. The kitchen cabinets and countertop appear to be possibly original and need to be replaced. The owner was extremely responsive and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. All in all we all enjoyed ourselves at this villa.

Pleasant but can use some updates

The villa was functional and served our purposes. However, some updates with furniture and beds would be nice. Location wasn’t too bad. Walking to the beach is a fairly good hike. But not a bad bike ride. You can also drop off your beach stuff close to the beach access area and park by the Sonseta resort as the Vrbo owner provides a pass. Overall we enjoyed our stay at HHI and the accommodations fairly priced.

Our family is from Northern Kentucky, just south of Cincinnati, Ohio. Our family of four have been coming to Hilton Head since the mid-1980s. We love the weather, beach, pool and biking/walking in Shipyard or on the beach.

Evian is a private community, low density and very relaxing. Our villa overlooks a lake and the 9th hole of the Shipyard Golf Course. The side yard has nice trees and landscaping and wildlife viewing is great from our deck.

Very clean and keep property updated. View and open area in our side yard is unique to this property in Evian. Very relaxing just sitting on the deck and watching the wildlife.
