Located on the main lake in Acton, Maine — but away from most heavy boat traffic — the property offers calm waters ideal for swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking, and relaxing by the shore.
The fully updated 1,300 sq. ft. cottage includes 3 bedrooms (BYO bed linens and beach towels), 2 bathrooms, comfortable living spaces, new beds, updated furnishings, air conditioning, laundry, and a gas fireplace for cooler evenings.
Perfect for families, couples, retirees, or anyone looking for a peaceful week on the lake.
This property has 100 feet of shoreline located in The Narrows, away from the fast boat traffic. Very safe for swimming. 25'+ Dock and separate swim platform great for Boating, Swimming, and Fishing!
