Newer paint, newer flooring through out, newer ceiling fans, nice sleeper sofa, dining room set, new countertops and back splash, new tile on balcony, newer SmartTV! This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, full kitchen and living room with balcony, pull out sleeper sofa with 5" memory foam mattress. This condo also comes with 2 beach cruiser bikes, so no need to rent your own! 4 beach chairs. This condo has full access of the New Ocean Oak Hilton amenities! 2 Heated pools, hot tub, fire-pit, game area, picnic area with out door grills, path to the beach, full bar and restaurant and restrooms! Awesome views of the Atlantic ocean from the pools/hot tub. Full access to workout room, game room, can rent movies and has computer area. SUPER NICE and perfect condo for 2-4 people.

Wonderful property/location!

This property is in such a great location, 2 minute walk on path to the beach, so many restaurants/shopping around in just a short ride/walk, condo is in great condition! Couldn't have picked a better spot for a winter weekend getaway!

HHI Vacation

The property's access to amenities was incredible, as it provided a great time to get away and relax by the pool and beach! The location of the property is perfect, as it is an easy walk to the Coligny Plaza with many restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed riding bikes to few further restaurants as well!

Let it snow.

We had a great time visiting friends who winter on HHI. Even though 4 - 6 inches of snow fell on the island during our time there.

Great location and amenities!

Enjoyed our stay with easy beach access. Well maintained property with beautiful pools, hot tubs, fitness center and nearby parking. Enjoyed having the bikes available at no extra cost to bike to Colligny.

Hello Fellow Beach Lovers! We purchased this wonderful Ocean View condo in an Ocean Front Complex. We own 4 condo's, all in South Forest Beach and love to rent them out to others to enjoy all the Hilton Head Island has to offer!

This property comes with full access to all of the wonderful amenities that Ocean Oak Resort a New Hilton property! You can not ask for better access to the beach, as well as the awesome heated pools, one is beach front! There is also a hot tub, a picnic area with BBQ grills, hammocks, full bar and restaurant, bathrooms, out door game area, inside there is a work out room, a great place to relax and read or use computers, rent movies or watch movies in the movie room!
