Another pleasant stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just stayed here for the fourth time. The house is clean, spacious, comfortably furnished, and well-supplied, and the cable TV is a bonus. The heat and hot water worked well. The kitchen is well-equipped but you'll need to bring all the basics like salt & pepper and cooking oil. We especially like the location -- very close to the beach, and walking distance from the grocery store, restaurants, and coffee shops (especially Cafe Paname). The only downside is some traffic noise from Palm Blvd. There is a sheltered place to store bicycles, easily accessible but out of sight. Our dog can safely stay out on the porch without being able to escape into the street.We were fortunate that the warm December weather allowed us to walk around and see all the Christmas decorations.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely stay at this Isle of Palms beach house and found that the location truly can’t be beat. It was just steps from the sand and close to all the coastal charm you’d want. The fact that it was dog-friendly made it even more ideal for our family getaway.The home itself was thoughtfully furnished and met all of our needs. Bedrooms were comfortable, and the bathrooms were functional and clean. The screened-in porch was a standout feature, offering a peaceful retreat from the ever-present summer mosquitoes and definitely a bonus in the Lowcountry humidity!The kitchen was stocked with the basics for cooking, which worked fine for simple meals, but a refresh or update in that area would really elevate the space. Our only real concern was the lack of a fenced yard with the house being so close to Palm Blvd (which sees a lot of car traffic), a secure outdoor space for pets would have provided peace of mind.Overall, this home was a great fit for a relaxed beach vacation, and we’d happily return, especially if future updates include a few more dog-friendly safety features.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, a good experience. We have rented properties through Island Realty in the past. Check-In procedures were seamless as always. The property was pretty close to the description on the website. The only negative remark I would have is that the House/Property could have been a lot cleaner. The next time we rent I will bring this to their attention after checking in and reviewing the House/Property. Best Restaurant on the Island was the Acme Low Country Kitchen. Food was excellent!!

A week at the beach

Great Quick Trip

This house was perfect for my family & in-laws. House is a little dated but for price & proximity to the beach/bridge this didn’t bother us. Appliances all worked perfectly, kitchen well stocked, linens clean & comfortable, had everything we needed. Will definitely book again.

The company could do a better job of cleaning- the floors were black when wiping with a towel and there was a dirty dish in the sink. Otherwise, fine stay and nice weekend.

Perfect location and 🏡. Can not say enough about this management team. They went above and beyond any VRBO I have ever booked . Had one issue with the internet, called them, they transferred me once to maintenance and the gentleman was so patient and told me exactly what to do to reset it . Honestly will not book anywhere in this area without using this management company . The house had extras of everything we needed and literally anything we needed was in a short walking distant . Super pet friendly! Do wish beautiful big yard was fenced due to my work situation with Helene . The beach being a two minute walk and the huge screened porch made us not really even need a fenced yard. It was not advertised with one so I still give it a 10 out of 10 and plan to stay at this house , again in the future❤️

Family Vacation - Labor Day Weekend

The first year was for our son’s wedding and we found out that the property was “Pet Friendly”. Since our dog is truly apart of our family, we’ve been bringing the whole family each time! We trailer down our golf cart, park the truck and trailer, and go everywhere on the golf cart (one of our favorite things to do). The property is conveniently located and there is golf cart parking at the nearest beach entry...which is much less crowded. We like sitting on the screen-in porch, drinking coffee in the morning, and grilling something in the evening with a glass of wine. The living room is cozy and the kitchen and dining room has plenty of space for our entire family. We’ve recently decided to make Isle of Palms a “Family Tradition” each year and making Island Realty apart of our extended family! We look forward to our next visit!

Great location, older than pictures reveal

The house was nice but is much older than it appears in the pictures. Deck view was blocked by two large trees and needs stain. If you are someone who needs cold air to sleep, do not rent this house. The first floor master has only one air vent and was significantly hotter than the rest of the house, even the adjoining bathroom. House was also the first beach house ever to not have beach chairs or equipment.

Great location!

This house was in a great location, only two blocks to the beach and 4 blocks from restaurants and shops. The end of the island this beach access is at makes it much less crowded than further down the beach where the public parking is located. The house is spacious and has a great porch to sit on! We enjoyed our stay very much.

Nice, clean house in a good location

It is very close to the beach, and also walking distance from a bakery/coffee shop, a well-stocked grocery store, and other shops and restaurants. Everything is very clean, and the kitchen is well-equipped with cookware and dishes. The layout and furnishings are spacious and nice, and the mature trees keep the house cool. It's also a safe and welcoming place for our dog. This is our second stay at this house and we'd be happy to stay there again.
