Enjoy Panama City in this truly special condo overlooking the beautiful Florida coastline. Positioned on the corner of the complex, this home boasts the luxury of having a wraparound deck and balcony access from each bedroom. The large windows that span the entire living area and bedrooms allow for ample light to enter the condo creating an inviting and bright ambience. Whip up a delicious breakfast in the full kitchen that sports vast counter space and stainless steel appliances before heading out to the sand for a day on the beach! When you want to cool off a bit, the refreshing waters of the shared pool are steps from the beach. As the sun goes down, move the party to the hot tub and soak under the famous oranges and pinks of the sky before heading backl up to the condo to recharge for the next day's adventures.

This condo is situated in the perfect position to see everything that Panama City has to offer. The beach is just steps away, but if you would like to explore the city a bit, the famous Pier Park is mere minutes from your front door. Here you will find shopping, dining, and beach activities galore for the whole family. If you need to play a round of 18, Holiday Golf Club is a few miles away as well. The Aaron Bessant Amphitheater is home to musical guests and various festivals throughout the year, so be sure to check out what is going on before you arrive. Gulf World is great for the kids to watch dolphin shows and explore aquariums too!

Reservations March through October include beach service.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 9.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Location, location, location.

This condo was so spacious and nicely decorated. The balcony was everything. Located within walking distance of a Winn Dixie. The beach was clean and not overcrowded. Beach chair service was included with our reservation which was a plus. The complex is clean and family friendly. We will definitely revisit. Thank you!

Awesome Condo and Views!

Very clean. Everything we needed provided. View is awesome. Only negative is the bedroom mattress's all need an upgrade.

Friends trip!

Pros: The location, beach access, parking situation was toptier. You literally just park your car and get on the elevator to your room. Pool and hottub were really nice and fit all my friends. Becach service was also a plus. The view and outdoor space from the condo was really nice. Cons: The place had outdated decor/furniture and minimal kitchen supplies (forks, plates,glasses). It just smelt kind of dirty and there were obvious places of built up dirt (one place being one of the showers) They provided limited bathroom supplies so be sure to get extra. Overall I paid for what i received and made some cool memories if you can get past outdated furniture and decor

Keep looking. Here is why.

The living room was comfortable. The view is nice. There was so many things that needs attention throughout the condo. For example.. broken items were just stuck in various places that we needed to use. The dining area furniture and bar stools are so old. The balcony chair is broken . If they would come in, replace the furniture, paint,change the colors and CLEAN the condo with bleach we would come back. The parking is terrible too.

Handicap needs

as far as the condo everything was great. But if you’re needing ramps for handicap people there aren’t any. I had to walk with Walker to go down to the beach. I had to go down three flights of stairs. This was very disappointing

The overall room was spacious but had a very loud odor and needs to be cleaned and for a fee of 250 for cleaning it was not pleasant smell , carpet was dirty with big red stain , patio/ balcony could also use some cleaning, left over popcorn under recliner chair

Beautiful windows and location but dirty, and furniture worn

House cleaning was really lacking. Windows had fingerprints from what looked to be a child/food, beach toys and chairs were full of sand, dishes had remnants of food, there was an oder in one bathroom, kitchen table was dirty. Also noting that the recliner was very hard to get down, and tv didn’t work in a couple rooms.

Spacious with the perfect view!

Already planning on staying here again. We loved it and the layout of the condo was perfect. The view of both the beach and the road allows you to see everything for a very long distance. Love it!

Overall not satisfied with this room

While I do plan to stay at the Palazzo Resort again, I will not be staying in this room. We looked passed the “outdated decorations,” but overall everything was dingy, broken, and dirty. The barstools were not in the best shape as far as appearance. The dining room table was a mess, along with a broken chair. Don’t get me started on the living room rug!! Not sure if the rug was suppose to be red or tan. Besides it being old, there was no way the person who cleaned that room actually vacuumed that rug and mopped those floors. The side table that held the games were all thrown and stuffed under. It was overall a mess. Owner needs to look into a lot of updates and needs to check on his/her cleaning crew.

Gorgeous view

The unit was spacious and has a gorgeous view of the beach and sunsets. The A/C works very well, but is a little loud. The furniture was comfortable. Loved having 3 bathrooms. The beds were very uncomfortable. Mattresses need to be replaced. The kitchen was very nice, but had sparse amenities. A small frying pan would have been nice. Overall the unit was clean, but our feet were black from walking barefoot on the tile. Would definitely come back if the beds were more comfortable.

Nice view

The view and balcony were definitely the highlight of this condo. The elevators were fast. It's conveniently located right on the beach and probably a 18-20 min drive to the Pier Park. The beach was not crowded at all which was nice. The beds were not comfortable and the condo was not very well stocked. No netflix or roku in the bedrooks, only netflix in the living room. The pool was OK, small but served its purpose. The floor could use a thorough clean.

Nice Condo, Beautiful View

Our stay was very enjoyable at this condo. This was our annual girls trip to the beach and we have stayed at Palazzo in the past. The condo was clean and well-stocked and the view was amazing. October is a fabulous time to come to the panhandle, we had great weather, warm water but it wasn't too hot. Only a few things could be improved. The balcony only has 4 chairs and no dining table - an improvement would be to add those so we could eat outside more comfortably. The management said they wanted to come up and replace some light bulbs and put a full size mirrored closet door back on its track. They never came and they were the ones who told me about it before we got into the unit! There is one reclined in the living area that is sort of broken but it's useable. But none of this was really a big deal. Everything else was fine and even though the unit is not classically "beachy" the decor is colorful and comfortable. Had a great time!

Enjoyed our stay!

We had a very enjoyable stay at this property. The wrap around balcony was definitely a hit with everyone in our group! We loved watching the sunset every evening right from the balcony. The condo was clean and very spacious to accommodate seven of us without making it feel like we were in each others way. Just a couple of items that I noticed that would be nice to fix were - first, the closet doors in the guest bedroom were broken and were just sitting in front of the closet. This made it difficult to keep our bags inside the closet. Second, there are area rugs in all the bedrooms and the ones especially in the Master bedroom could use some washing/cleaning. These were just minor issues and certainly not deal breakers. We would love to stay at this property again!
