We had a fantastic stay at this stunning beach house! The home was in pristine condition from top to bottom — you could tell it's very well cared for and maintained. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. Our favorite part was the screened-in porch and bed/swing - sooo relaxing. The neighborhood itself was quaint and charming and the pool was absolutely perfect (especially for my 1 & 4 year olds). The location was great - just a short trip to good coffee shops and restaurants. Our nearby favorites were Fonville Press and Ok-U. Communication with the owners was excellent throughout — quick to respond, helpful with recommendations, and went above & beyond to be sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. We'd absolutely book again (and hope to soon!!) and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a well-kept beach getaway. Thank you SO MUCH for having us!

Had a great spring break at Beach of Mind

We came to Destin for our best friends bachelorette party. There were 19 of us and the house was more than big enough for everyone. The bunkbeds were very spacious and we had no issues. Everything was extremely clean and the kitchen was stocked with more than enough for everyone to use. We wanted the pool to be hotter and we called the owner and they came right away and increased the temperature for us. One of the fans in the bedroom wasn’t working and they had somebody come out right away within an hour to try and fix it. They were very accommodating and we would definitely be renting from them again.

Your house is gorgeous. Decoration very original . Lots of space. Definitely look better than the pictures. Three master bedrooms, plus other three bedrooms for kids and extra bathrooms.The game room was a big plus. We enjoyed every moment of our vacation.Beautiful outdoor: heated pool and spa was at a great use, (the weather was colder then usual and we couldn’t be at the beach that much ) Short walking distance to the beach. Everything about this house is beautiful, amazing! I loved every inch of it. I could see the ocean from the third floor. Not a big issue but there was no hair dryer in any bathrooms, probably because of safety. We definitely were gonna book again the house. Thank you!

Everything was lovely: the condo was clean and had everything we needed for cooking and the beach was a very quick walk, just as explained in the listing. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay! House was perfect for our family and friends. The location is absolutely perfect--5 min walk to the beach and we did not have any trouble finding a perfect spot to sit front row to the water. Also, perfect for our teens to bike down to Rosemary (1.5 mile bike ride) for the day. We loved being close enough for our kids (and us) to bike down but far enough away from the crowds!! Also, the shed had bikes and chairs and everything needed to enjoy our stay. Communication with owners was great. I would highly recommend this place. Hurry and book!

This unit was perfect for my husband and I to get away. You can walk straight out of your deck and down to the beach. We were close to all of our favorite spots! We will definitely stay here again!
